  1. It was hard to reach them over the phone to make an appointment. Only after 2 or 3 times of calling that somebody picked up the phone to answer. They were not friendly or welcoming either.
  2. They lied about minutes spent for microderm..the lady told me 30-35 minutes over the phone. When I got there in person, she said 20-25. There was no consistency.
  3. Actual service: the place was COLD, dingy, un-inviting as the lady said hi then turned around to continue whatever she was doing. Not welcoming or friendly at all. Then the table was like medical examining room with a paper cover on it instead of warm sheets and blankets. I saw cheap products around the room such as baby lotion alcohol swabs that you could purchase from $1 store. She did not give me a towel to cover my self. It was cold as i was laying down. She washed my face, did the suction then applied some cheap derm and walked away for 15 minutes then came back to wash my face then done. Also, she used some dirty towel rag on my face as well as toilet tissue to wipe dry my face!!! I did not see her wash her hands between another customer and me.
  Overall, I DO NOT Recommend this place for anyone. I thought i’d try it out from groupon but dont waste your money!! They should shut this place down. There is a reason for why it’s on groupon.

  An embarrassingly overdue endorsement for Allie: she's a miracle worker and the most knowledgeable skin expert you could hope for. I've been putting my face in her hands for about 4 years, and she's totally schooled me on the difference between non-negotiable, science-backed basics and over hyped/overpriced/ineffective products to avoid. She's sweet, straight-forward, and most importantly, a total pro - I'm a health/beauty writer, and dermatologists have told me her recommended regimen is spot on. I'm a little hesitant to share her with more soon-to-be loyal fans, but it would be wrong to keep her a secret.Thanks for being amazing, Allie!

  Josh is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Since I started going to him my skin has been flawless and beautiful. He is so knowledgeable about skin care and is always giving me tips on how to improve my skin. Best of all he is not a product pusher so you know when he recommends something to you it is going to work. I love Josh and Med Esthetics!!!

  Absolutely horrible experience. Poor customer service. They are very unhelpful and rude if you let them know that you have a Groupon that you would like to use.

  Best threading in Herndon!
  I've tried other threading salons and had my brows butchered to the point they needed to pencil in gaps. Been going to New Look for nearly 7 years and never had a bad experience.

  Excellent experience using Groupon at this location! Friendly staff, very helpful. I had an issue making an appointment time and they were able to resolve it over the phone and were really accommodating. Service was exeptional! Def going here again
