Been here numerous times to have screens replaced and this last time to have a charging port replaced in an iPhone 7plus. Avery took care of me last time, great guy that took the time to make sure the port was actually bad before just replacing it. Work is always timely and quality. Never had an issue with any of their repairs

The battery on my sons iPhone wouldn’t take a charge and when we went to Verizon the only help that they could offer was to send the phone to the insurance company for a replacement. This would have cost $150 and taken 3 days . We went to idropped they had his iPhone fixed in under an hour for $50. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff at idropped were friendly and saved me a lot of money. I went in prepared to pay them to replace the lighting jack on my iPhone. Before doing the replacement they suggested letting them clean the port instead. They were able to clean the port out and return it to full functionality. The best part.they didn't charge me for the cleaning! This saved me $65. Instead of letting me pay for a service I didn't really need they put customer value over profit. That's a rarity.

Justin in viewmont mall in Scranton PA was very helpful. When Verizon seemed dumbfounded by my wife's sudden black screen, Justin seemed to have a plan of action. He tried several solutions to try and revive this iPhone 6. After eliminating everything, I felt comfortable saying there was nothing more we could do. Thanks for your thoroughness and expertise in trying methods Apple support didn't try. Thanks.

Replaced charging port on a iPhone 5se.
Was completed in the time quoted. Less than 1 hour.
Price was reasonable.

Came to get a replacement battery for my iPhone 6. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The service was completed promptly within the 30 minute window the staff promised. Overall, a painless, quick, and easy experience.

Avery is great! My girlfriend brings her phone there every other month it feels like and he's always quick and does a very nice job! She's always happy with everything she gets done at Idropped. And they stand by their warranties they give you!

I just had my niece's iPhone 6 Plus screen and button fixed at iDropped Viewmont Mall and what a wonderful experience it was. Very super friendly.. Justin was the young man that helped me and he just made my experience so much better, he explained everything to me right down to the price!!! Everything was right there nothing had to be ordered, 45 mins is all it took!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs there phones fixed!! Don't waste your time taking your phones to anyone else, I had to learn the hard way. iDropped is the place!! Thank you so much!! Highly, highly recommend

We have returned several times to have iPads/iPhone screens replaced. Great customer service & under 24 hours for repair time! Avery even remembered us as soon as he saw us standing at the counter! Thanks iDropped even though visiting your shop means we have a broken Apple Product it's much cheaper & faster then buying a new one!

Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Avery at iDropped. I dropped and smashed my phone screen the night before I had to leave for a trip. Avery fixed my screen, applied a tempered glass screen protector and set me up with a case that would help assure this wouldn't happen again. He was able to do this for me in a timely manner and I was able to go on my trip the next morning with a new, crack free screen.
