Most efficient location in my opinion. Staff is knowledgeable. Releases usually are organized.

Decent store, alright setup. Bad experience with a security guard. I was trying on a pair a shoes, so I set my phone down next to me on the bench. All of a sudden, this large man wearing a dark security jacket comes up and menacingly says “where is your phone?” I look around, and it’s not where I put it. He asks the same question a few more times. Probably at least a minute later, after I was trying to remember if I somehow misplaced it, the man takes MY phone out of HIS pocket and hands it to me, and says something like “keep an eye on your phone, buddy.” Unnecessary of him to do. I left the store without purchasing anything

This Adidas store is one of the coolest stores I've visited so far. Very clean and spacious. And provide excellent customer service. SA worked with me until I got the right pair.

Don't go here thinking because it's the largest store in new york they'll have a great selection of shoes. Two floors of store and they have one crappy wall of shoes. Total waste of time. Buy online instead.

The manager, Honda, has a GREAT attitude towards customers. The store is at a good location, so there is no need to worry about not getting enough customers. Sure! Good luck with that.

Another great spot for Adidas shoes! I originally came to look for a few NMD's and found the one I really wanted, in MY size which was the LAST. ONE.!!! I'm sure you can understand that feeling like *4ever meant 2 B!*
It was funny because the girl said they didn't have any more of that size, but just the floor model. She ended up giving me that floor model which was actually still in mint condition surprisingly. Therefore, I took the pair alongside a few other items and she even stated how lucky I was. I didn't find that shoe anywhere else after that.
At the register, the employee I came into contact with was just as courteous and friendly. I seriously enjoyed the service I received here, that I would definitely recommend this store to anyone planning to visit NYC!response / report this review -

Fast and friendly service. If you're planning on visiting best to be early before it fills up, that way you are able to get what you want, buy, and leave efficiently. Otherwise you'll have a crowd in there with you, especially later on the day.

Worst customer service ever!! A tattoo guy was extremely rude. He yelled at me that I can't try on those pair of nmd shoes like i am his daughter!! Come on man.. I'm a customer!! And my friend heard he told his co-worker that DO NOT sell anything for me if I asked for it!!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible terrible!!!!!
