  last night there were 5 different reviews up here. Now there is one, which I believe to be phony. This Dr. Chapman is the most unpleasant, rude, unethical, unprofessional physician I have ever come in contact with. He rammed into the room while I was with the intake assistant, not even bothering to knock and just pushed her out of the room. You should always knock. He refused to even come near me, sitting on the opposite side of the room, telling me he would not treat me unless I agreed to go on an anti-seizure medication, which I tried for at least 6 months many years ago and it did a real number on me, not positive. Dare I express this OPINION: he does NOT deserve to nor should be practicing medicine. His messed up hair and disheveled clothing reminded me of someone that should have been in a locked mental health ward. (just my thoughts, as invited by this site. More thoughts to come.
