My daughter got a flat tire on her way home from Chicago and Mark was the only one willing to help get her spare on her truck. Very trustworthy and genuine guy, couldn't thank him enough.

This is the greatest experience I have ever had with a towing company. Mark is a great guy and more than willing to help. Very great business, I would recommend to anyone. They are a life saver!!

My wife was traveling from Illinois to Detroit all alone with our son. Her tire went flat half way there. She was stuck on the side of the highway. It's been a week now so I'm not positive but I think the drivers name was Mark from zielke towing came to help her change her tire. Well ended up she only had a donut so they towed her to their shop. After finding the tire couldnt be plugged they change the tire with a new one. Mark saw that my wife didn't have alot of money with her and gave her a good deal. Was very pleased with the price and service that my wife received. Thank you very much.

Very fast service. I had a flat tire and googled this place. After placing one phone call the owner was on location within 10min. Prices were very reasonable and his staff went over and above to make sure that I was safe and back on the road. This meant a lot to being 3hrs from home. It was closing time for the garage but they were still accommodating. "PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT IT'S BEST"!

After getting a flat tire driving up to Travers City for a wedding, Mark came to the rescue at 9pm to give us a new tire so that we could make it. He was so kind and willing to help get us back on the road. Would highly recommend!

Life savers! Called 10 minutes before closing needing tires due to two flats, and they graciously agreed to help me out! Most people are irritated if they have to work over but they were all friendly and genuinely wanted to help us out! Will definitely be using them from now on!

Definitely the best service you can get in southwest Michigan! Repairs are always done in a quick manner and all of the employees are respectful and considerate. If you need car work done, this is the place to go!

BEST service, most wonderful owner. There are no words to express my appreciation/gratitude for the service granted towards me on fourth of July weekend. I must have ran over a nail on my way home to Chicago. I called my car's road side assistance for a spare tire change. As it happened, I didn't have a spare in my car and was stranded at a gas station with my newborn and 5yr old. I was almost in tears until assistance arrived. I was assured that I was going to get home safely and not to worry. They removed my tire, brought it back to their shop and returned with my new tire for no extra charge. Complete customer service, complete chivalry and so helpful. Just when you think there aren't any good people left in the world, someone shows up in the form of a tow driver. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Awesome experience with this tow company. We had a flat on the middle of the interstate at night, they were able to come within 30 minutes to assist us. Helped us get a place to stay for the night and we were on our way the following morning.
