Great service on the sales floor! Picked up some new riding gear (helmet, gloves, goggles) at a good price. Salesman was very attentive. Would buy from here again! Recommended business.

I bought ATV tires from Macomb Powersport and had them mounted. Had everything home the same day. Good work at a decent price.

Service department is the worst! Took my bike in and they say it’ll be done in a couple days. Turns out they needed to order a part which you’d think they should have in stock. When I finally called to check if it was done a week later, they told me the part just arrived and my bike will be put on the work schedule for later this week! Next time I need anything, I’m going anywhere else before I return here because they are simply not upfront and honest and I refuse to support a business like them.
Also, don’t even think about buying a used bike here unless you want to pay more than you should.response / report this review -

This place is great. They such a large array of products and gear I love just going and looking around and what's new. The staff is nice and very helpful. There pricing a little more expensive than there places on the vehicles but all the gear is priced normally. I would definitely check it out of you haven't.

Stop in for brake parts for a quad I'm working on the guy at counter asked me if I want the wheel cylinder or rebuild kit I said what do you have in stock they both laughed and said neither can have them in 4 days. I can get them on Amazon in two days and 3 bucks cheaper. Don't laugh when a customer asks for a part and you don't have it

Service Dept. is kind of a joke. They always leave dirty fingerprints on my clean bikes. Sales is never super pushy and, me personally, I'm never the victim of being up-charged or anything like that. If you walk in there knowing what the hell you're talking about you're not likely at all to get hassled to buy something on the spot or get out. I was given a card by someone and told hey, if you even want to talk about a bike let alone buy one in 1 year, or 3 years, from now you got my card.

Macomb power sports was fantastic for my first motorcycle purchase. Shelby was friendly, and made some great recommendations for my first bike. I settled on a Yamaha 950vstar. Steve the pre-owned manager was helpful as well since the bike I originally planned on purchasing had sold. I also got some help from Brad with finding the right bike. Brian the business manager did a great job of setting up my loan and paperwork. I can't wait to start riding this summer. Thanks to everyone at Macomb Powersports!

The team took good care of me, spent the time to go thru my bike and answered all my questions. I will certainly go back. The guys in the parts dept were also helpful.

Loved the service for my 2017 Ninja 1000, always kept me informed of the bikes status. It had to be custom ordered and they did give me a great military discount and assisted with financing options. Next time throw in some freebies. It keeps customers coming back. Gear is cheap compared to a 13k bike.

Pickup and repair of cycle.
Phone transactions handled courteously and accurately by Vince. Tom picked up and delivered the bike on time and safely. I felt my bike was well cared for, and fairly charged for work done.
I hope the Open House was a success!!

I've been going here with my brother and dad for probably a good 10 years now and they've but nothing but helpful and amazing at their job, I always shop here for everything I need for my bikes. Very polite and they have a huge selection of very nice sport bikes. I love this store.
