For starters we would rate it a 0, but the lowest it will allow is a 1. Check in time says 2, we had to wait till after 4, because they had not been cleaned yet. By the time we were able to unload our boat it was pouring, and no gutters above the door way, so we were soaking wet from the rain coming off the roof above the doorway. The cabin obviously had a mice problem. Every day we would wake up to mouse droppings on the kitchen table and counters. We did not have food on either place for them to get to. And the bedroom dresser drawers were full of our dogs food, so the mice were hiding it in them. There was quite a lot of food in them. Sleeping was awful due to the fact there was a critter in the walls and it ran back and forth all night and was constantly scratching at the wall. Oven did not work, only 2 forks for our cabin. No cutting board. Coffee pot did not work properly, had to make 2 pots of coffee before it would be hot. The threshold by the front door fell apart and all the screws popped out. Upon leaving couldn't get the door to open or close. Front porch was nailed and not screwed together, therefore the nails were popping up and care had to be taken when going up or down the steps. And parking at the restaurant is so small, that if you went somewhere and came back after restaurant was open you had no where to park. No reserved parking for cabin renters.

We rented cabin #3 for a week. We had seven people altogether. It was bad.
Two windows had to be propped open with a stick. A third window was open and could not be closed because it had no handle. The bathroom door handle was ready to fall out and when you flushed the toilet it leaked onto the floor. Live water bugs were found in two of the three bedroomsand those bedrooms were not near any water supply.

There were no counter tops for food prep and no cupboards were available to store canned goods or cereal, etc. Even the dishes were mismatched garage sale stuff and there wasn't enough to serve the seven of us. The drapery in the front window didn't work. The drapery cord was hanging down in the middle of the window and we couldn't close the drapery by hand. The stuffing was coming out of two pieces of furniture and the whole place smelled of urine.
We left after two nights. Luckily we found rooms in a motel in town.
