Very bad customer service. They behave like they are doing favour by taking our money. I would suggest to stay away and use other businesses.

My mom and I had a great time parasailing! So calm and peaceful! The folks that took us out we very nice and super knowledgeable about the waters and safety!! Will def be returning!

We had a lot of fun parasailing with sky pirate! Price is totally worth the experience. Harness and equipment looked preistine. I felt safe in experienced hands.

The staff worked with our family to ensure my son who is on the small side was big enough to ride. They were very nice and helpful. We had a really great time!

had a great time. Only reason not 5/5 is the price but to thier credit I think they may be cheaper then most our there. It's still hard to swallow that price.
All that said if you go do it with these guys. Great people great adventure. Good job guys.response / report this review -

Great experience overall! My grandparents wanted to check another item off their bucketlist and asked me to join them. We had a little difficulty finding the actual location for checkin initially. For one I didnt have my smart device with me so I didnt have access to google maps. Also their was a sign that said "Aerial Adventures" that was actually for a rope coarse. And of course no sign at all for the actual Sky Pirates Watersports. We did eventually find the "yellow shack" that was actually beige and we were greeted with a woman who was somewhat sarcastic and disrespectful. Once we got on the boat the older gentleman and a younger girl were very kind and atleast the older guy seemed to have a lot of experience on the water. We all had a great time and once we got back the secretary seemed to have cheered up and everything was ALL GOOD. I would recommend this business to friends and family.

This outdoor water sport is just plain awesome this will be my third parasailing we go every year and will be going back July 2nd 2016 being dipped in the water is just awesome it's very safe the driver of the boat is very safe driver give you safety information before getting on board your life is in good hands.
