I love this store & Sue. I travel a distance of 1 hour to shop at their store. They have an extensive selection & knowledgeable customer service reps. They are very attentive and take pride of knowing their customers. Personal story- we arrived to their story at 5:53pm by racing from our home to their store on a Sunday. Their store closes at 6pm on Sunday. I walked in the store and said to Sue that I needed a wig due to a bad haircut. She found 3 wigs that fit my face-shape perfectly within a matter of moments while telling me which wigs were not a good fit. I grabbed a few more necessary items and checked out by 6pm. All I can say is wow. Thank you again

Don't go here if you want to return something like hair. Even if it's not opened, you can't return it or get store credit. Shop somewhere else and compare prices before you buy here. They sell to our community but take our money with higher prices than other stores. Other supply stores do let you return unopened hair for money return. Why sell to us if you don't trust us? Buy something you know about. Don't try anything new. Horrible experience.

Three years here and It's where I go to get everything I need for our hair. They know us by name, the kind of hair I like and they are always polite and friendly. When in doubt I always ask and they are knowledgeable in their response. I am also growing to love their discount program based on the purchased amount.

I like the beauty store it reminds me kind of the store I went to in Kalamazoo. The people that I met were really nice. The store have everything you will need as a black woman and also they have a new system if you buy a certain amount of supplies from their beauty store you get discounts and who doesn't like a discount every now and then.. Good store..
