I love this place! It's a hole in the wall, but they are so friendly and the food is amazing! Hidden treasure! Definitely check this place out!!!

I ordered a large cashew chicken with extra sauce and extra spicy. When it arrived it did not have extra sauce and there was no spice to it at all! I called them to let them know and the lady said we are very busy and that later she would send some more spicy sauce! I told her that I was not going to wait to eat and what would some sauce do for me? She kept saying we are busy and later we will bring your sauce. Frustrated at this point I just said okay and hung up. So guess what? No one even tried to come back at all So I call them today to say you never sent someone back at all last night! She says I’m sorry we are busy next time I will give you free crab Rangoon or an egg roll. I said no you messed up my chicken not crab Rangoon. She continued to say sorry I will give you an egg roll and refused to care about what they messed up. The service is horrible and I will not order from there again!!

Best carryout Chinese food in the Dayton area or anywhere for that matter. Been there forever. Truly a gem that even locals may not know about or fully appreciate.

I am usually so please with young chow. We order from work ALL the time (thirds at a hospital) but my experience tonight was brutal. I ordered dinner around 530, was told delivery time of 45-50m. I live three minutes from you n chow mind you. I gave them an hour and then called, I understand places get busy on a Friday night. When I called, the gentleman on the phone told me they were on the way. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called back. The man told me that the driver got into an accident, the side of his car was swiped but he was okay and if the food wasn't hot when it got here, he would remake and redeliver himself. The food arrived three minutes later..(?). It was super hot, we were thankful. Never once did they apologize, the delivery woman just said "busy Friday night. Busy Friday night". Never mentioned an accident. So was I lied to? I can be empathetic about the car accident if they would have called to let us know.

Once digging into the food, it was not at all what we had ordered. The bourbon chicken was sweet and sour chicken with mixed vegetables and the Mongolian beef had a different type of sauce then normal. When I called back to tell them that my order was wrong, the lady kept saying "try it, you'll ike it. Try it you'll like it. It's good.." . Never once again apologized, or offered to give me my money back or maybe money towards another order. I will not be reordering from Young Chow. What a shame. Terrible customer service!!!!

The food is great, but sometimes they've jip me on an eggroll when I use the coupon and get a chef's suggestion. And every time I've ordered, it takes over an hour to get to me and they're like 10 minutes away. I can overlook the eggroll, but if they can shorten their delivery time they'd probably be getting 4 stars.

Spoiled food delivered in 2 hours after it was promised in 30 minutes. And they would not give a refund even when we brought the food back! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great food, we've ordered quite a few times and have always been satisfied. We've only ever done delivery and they've come in decent timing. They've always been very nice as well. We keep coming back!

We called Young Chow and placed a take out order last night. Evidently the menu we have at home is out of date. I ordered a "number 31, small chicken chow mein, a number 13, small hot and sour soup, and a number 112, small sweet and sour chicken". Person taking the order did not repeat clearly. I go up to get my order and get charged 13.65. Much more than I expected. I took home a menu. When I get home I find out that number 31 has disappeared, replaced with a bunch of 31 with letters. The description for these is ''New Twins Specials" and says they include the described item, plus white rice, plus sweet and sour chicken. I did not have two orders of sweet and sour chicken. I got ripped off.
