This is the worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment. I was visiting from out of town and there wasn't many people there at the time. Whenever I walked in I didn't know how it worked about getting my frozen yogurt. I then proceeded to ask an employee how everything works and she rolled her eyes, ignored me, and then talked to the other girl working there. I ended up figuring out how it worked by myself. When I had sat down at a table eating my frozen yogurt peacefully a group of young teenagers that wore football jerseys of the high school that they went to, which was Western Alamance High School. They were extremely loud and obnoxious. While they were being loud and rude one bumped into my chair and caused me to spill a little bit of frozen yogurt on myself. I looked up to reach for the napkin dispenser and it was empty so I decided to walk over to the other young lady working and she was talking to one of the rude teenage boys. I asked her for some napkins because they were out and she said to check the other dispenser so I did and there wasn't any still. She said she would go to the back and get some but it about 15 minutes for her to come back (no exaggeration). I cleaned my mess up, left furious, and you should never come here. I would rate it 0/5 stars if there was an option.
I would have given them 5 stars but they don't have California tart or original tart.
This is a great yogurt place, very hip and fun!!! Lots of times I just get strawberries covered in hot fudge, I love that versatility!!!
