  My experience at Yes Auto Sales was quite simple and painless. From the start, Pedro Martinez was amiable and professional. He was kind to my 93-year-old grandfather, who has been with me on every car shopping excursion this summer and had not received the best treatment from other dealers. The old man road with me while I test-drove a vehicle for close to an hour, and after the driving the Lexus that I ended up buying, I asked if I could take it to be inspected by a mechanic of my choosing and was met with absolutely no resistance (a great sign when buying a used car; if any dealer tells you that they don't want you taking their product to be inspected, turn around and walk out). When my mechanic was too busy to look at the car that day, Pedro allowed me to take the vehicle again the next day. Upon my return to the dealership, I went over some things with Pedro that my mechanic pointed out (though, admittedly it was nothing I did not notice myself). Pedro was willing to listen to my concerns and we did some tough negotiating, but Pedro was able to beat the price of his competition and give me a more than fair deal! When I finally disclosed that I came in with my own financing, I was not pressured into financing with a bank that Yes Auto likes; through the entire process, I was very comfortable as a buyer. Between the research I did on the vehicle I chose beforehand, my mechanic's okay, and Pedro's professionalism, I am very confident in the purchase of my new-to-me Lexus ES 350, and should I need another car, I will be glad to do business with Pedro and Yes Auto Sales again.

  Do not buy from yes auto he will take advantage of you. Horrible expeirence. He sells cars that need work and will let you walk out with a 17% interest rate when he says otherwise. Stay far far away. Your better off walking than signing your soul over. Dont be another victim. Just stay away. Again i cannot stress this enough he will take you for everything if you dont know what your doing. This man has some serious bad karma coming his way. Just stay away. You are better off walking than owning a car off his lot. Again just stay away. Read the reviews they say it all.

  Nearly had accident with driver from yes auto sales. They are not admittive towards accepting blame. Yes I followed then went to dealership to let them know their driver cut me off on highway causing my dog to flip out of his seatbelts. Thankful he's not hurt. Avoid yes auto sales. Bad.

  DO NOT BUY FROM YES AUTO!!!!
  Yes auto sells nothing but lemons, I bought a jeep wrangler from them. They told me they had installed all kinds of "new parts" like new tires breaks and rotors. As soon as I drove it home I started experiencing issues. When I had a mechanic take a look at it she pointed out all the"new parts" they had installed were never even touched instead they just simply and lazily spray painted the parts to look new. There were a lot of pre existing issues that they never mentioned, to this day I keep having to take it into the shop just to be able to go to and from work. Pedro is a scam artist and the owner is the definition of a P.O.S. person. Everybody there knows the game and is knowing selling defective cars that the owner bought at a salvage auction and resold as drivable cars, paying on people looking to buy their first car or working to build credit.
  I have tons of pictures documenting my yes auto experience and the issues with the lemon they sold me which I will be reaching out to the new stations and letting them know not only my story but most of their previous customer's experience too.

  I wanted an infinity suv, I went to a dealership before I came to YES auto. The dealership before wasn't very inviting and didn't want to take my deposit, I left that dealership a little disappointed. Happen to see an advertisement for an Acura. Decided to go look at that one, to my surprise they had an infinity. The dealership was closing, the dealer Pedro decided to stay open after hours. I test drove ithe truck and purchase the truck that day. I am so pleased with my truck. I appreciate the service and how professional Predro was. If your looking for a new automobile go to YES auto.
