I had a great experience with Kevin and his team. Kevin was quick to respond to my initial call and provided me with a quote within 24 hours of assessing the damages caused by a recent storm. Look no further! Kevin and his wonderful team are the absolute best to help you through the frightening and stressful experience of needing mold remediation. They truly care about doing an exceptional job, about going above and beyond in every aspect of their work, and about making your home a place in which they would feel safe to breathe. You could not ask for a more intelligent, diligent, and considerate group to eradicate mold from your home or business. My husband is an oncologist and I am a registered nurse. Our concerns about health and living in a safe environment are extreme. We are so glad to have chosen Big Easy Restoration and to have received post remediation lab results that are exceptional. Update: Kevin is truly a remarkable person. He helped us even after the remediation was completed until we could get the air conditioner replaced. Weeks later, when a strange area appeared on the new drywall, Kevin came out the same day to investigate. Turns out the culprit was coffee spilled from a workman's ladder, but if it had turned out to be mold, there's only one person to call. It is rare to find a business owner who cares so much for his customers after a job has been completed and the team has moved on to the next person fortunate enough to have them help.

Excellent all around. Kevin and his crew did outstanding top-notch work at a very reasonable price. They were able to fit us into a very busy schedule and the work was completed on-time and well done. Kudos to Kevin and his crew of experienced and qualified workers. Kevin is the absolute best! Having Water damage is always a nightmare, and I can honestly say that Kevin always makes it easier. Kevin and his team at Big Easy are absolutely best-in-class! Their communication, attention to detail, and quality of work were second to none. Not only did they do an excellent job with the remediation, the workers who came in to our home after they had finished asked who did the remediation, as they have never seen such clean work. Aside from their high-quality work, the professionalism and courtesy was exceptional. I wish there was a way to give them more than 5 stars. I would recommend this company to handle any mold issues you have with 100% certainty.
