  I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Mr. Smith-Johnson is one of the best around. He represented my son on a criminal case that started as a felony, his professionalism and experience got it dropped to no time, no conviction. Very precise on what needed to be done. Never promised anything but worked this case with all he had. Always got back to us and went above and beyond. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I did I trust in him!!

  Mr. Johnson got me the best deal possible, out of Marion County, Florida. I was looking at 18-36 months, in prison, for cannabis cultivation and felony batttery (in jail). Instead, Alexender was able to negotiate with the state of Florida for me to be released, free and clear, after 5 1/2 months time served from Marion County Jail. It feels good to be home and on the right path; furthermore, I'm grateful for Mr Johnson's services, as well as to the State of Florida for giving me a second chance. Although, I'm now a felon, it could have been a lot worse! I can say for certain that Mr. Johnson does the absolute best that he can. Keep in mind, he still has to work with your APPOINTED JUDGE, and the APPOINTED STATE ATTORNEY(S) representing your case, in the specific COUNTY where you were charged. In my case, I was in Marion county, Fl, and I was appointed a strict judge (Lisa Herndon) and somehow Mr. Johnson got me a good deal! I imagine if you're in a county that is less punishing (like Orlando or Gainesville), he's really going to get you a good deal. You can believe that! Lastly, Mr Johnson stayed in communication with me the whole time, and negotiated with the county for me to be released ASAPYes, I sat in jail for a while, but that wasn't on him. In fact, he potentially could have gotten me out sooner, if my family could have paid him promptly. He just worked out the options, in between court dates, and let me know what I wanted to choose. I'm happy with what I chose, and I'm glad to be free and with my family! Thank you for your services.

  I found Mr. Smith-Johnson to be extremely knowledgeable about the law. He was an integral part in helping a friend receive a favorable judgment. It's evident he cares about his clients and always seeks to do what's in their best interest (within the law). Would definitely use his services if needed and recommend him to anyone seeking legal advice and/or representation.
