First and foremost, THANK YOU!! Thank you for the compassion you showed for me and the situation. Thank you for keeping me informed and explaining what you would do to try to remove anything you could from the vehicle. Even when I lost my composure, you stood there and waited for me, you never rushed me. Thank you for all of the help you provided to get the items from the vehicle. God bless you, Lauren! It takes special people in this world to show care, compassion, and consideration of what others are going through and we need more of that in this world! I pray abundant blessings from the Lord on you, your business, and your family! Thank you for giving me that small amount of closure, the only small bit I could get from that situation!

I haven’t seen the finished work yet but Lauren is who worked with us and after spending just minutes with her I know everything was done with love, care, and professionalism. She answered immediately every time we called (which was many times), she communicated with the apartment complex, she was patient with us, kind, and compassionate. For such a horrible time in our lives, Lauren was the exact person we needed for this job. I never got a chance to meet anyone else on the crew but if they are even a tenth as wonderful as her, best crew in town.

I must say that this company went above and beyond for me during these tough times. The condition the house was in was not greatest but, they not once made me feel bad nor embarrassed about how the house was left after the passing of a loved one. They were very professional with their work, kept me up to date with their work, and did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially during the time of loss of a loved one. I just want to thank this company for sending me the best!

This company was there when I needed them! They were timely respectful loving and genuinely cared for my well-being. Their experience in this type of matter shows through with their concern for details. I highly recommend Biotechs to anyone that I care about. This family owned business has been standing strong for over 15 years and it shows.
