My husband and I have been here twice while visiting Miami. Both time tried something different and has definitely been worth it. The fried green tomato BLT is amaze!!! Drinks are fun and my hubby loves there choice of bourbon and scotch. Oh and you can't leave without having their biscuits!!

Came in for lunch on a Monday with my cousin before departing Miami from a family reunion. The restaurant was much busier than I had expected for a Monday afternoon, but we were seated quickly and efficiently. My cousin was interested in the brisket but unfortunately they were out of the brisket that day. Our server, Bella, was helpful in offering an alternative suggestion! He chose a salad stacked with chicken and cornbread. I had a salad with Mango and it was superb. The most memorable part of our experience was that our server was SO patient and accommodating to my impatient children. They were having a meltdown and she made sure that their chicken biscuits were rushed and came out immediately to help solve the problem even bringing over some small pieces of fruit from the bar to help soothe them! Thanks Yardbird, we will be back.

I truly enjoyed this restaurant.. every experience was excellent. Love the modern country style theme. Drinks are good, meals great.. of course the fried chicken and waffles are to die for!!!

Went here for my birthday with my husband, loved it. The decor was nice, the staff was great. Seating fast because we had reservations, packed place so I recommend it. We ordered the macaroni cheese, crispy chicken, smoked brisket & the southern cheesecake. The smoked brisket was melt in your mouth awesome. The chicken was fried perfectly with just enough seasoning. The cheesecake was good with chocolate&caramel drizzle served with toffee & pecan ice cream. Had to take away the fifth star for the mac & cheese. It LOOKED good & cheesy but it was too bland. Def a must try spot.

Large entrees and a diverse selection of sides. I recommend the biscuits and macaroni and cheese. The biscuits come with an apple cinnamon jam and butter, both are very good.
Very friendly staff that was attentive and got us in and out quickly.

Super friendly staff and excited to learn about their new LA location. Had the Deviled Eggs, Sliders, Chicken and Waffles and Shrimp and Grits. Everything tasted amazing and portions were generous - almost too much for two people.

This is our go to restaurant for any occasion! I think I spend at least two days a week here! The servers and bartenders are so friendly! The southern food including the fried green tomatoes are so awesome. I always take my visitors to Miami here because it is a must!

Once I introduced myself to the chef and the kitchen staff, I got excited. I said hello to the staff first, and told the head chef he had an eye for talent. After I had my first bite of the biscuit with honey butter, I was proven right! The outside was crusty with a heart warmly soft inside! I ordered the chicken and waffle with a side of Mac and cheese! The brined chicken was juicy and full of spice! The waffle was a mixture for sweet and salty with a sharp cheddar bite. The Mac and cheese was a sauce with cheddar baked on top. We will hit that place once more before leaving Miami

We were surprised that they didn't have better tasting food for brunch. The Yardbird Benedict was over spiced for something that should be milder and comforting instead of burning the inside of your mouth like a 4 star Thai dish. The Chicken n Waffles was dry and not like other restaurants. The coffee was good. The parking is atrocious. You must find a spot somewhere on the street, which was stressful. Service was nice and fairly fast. Food is expensive for what you get. It was good to experience it once. Next.

If you want your soul to be satisfied. Yard Bird is the place to go. I have never had biscuits so soft with a jam that complimented it to the tee. The Mac and cheese so creamy, cheesy & flavorful. The fried chicken authentic to the bone. 100% the best fried chicken because the season was on point. It had a little heat but nothing over powering. I'm dying to go back very soon. It's a must stop if in Miami

The food portions are large so bring pants that can be adjusted lol. Service was a little slow but it was extremely busy.

Great atmosphere. Fried chicken is so juicy. Everything is top notch. Pricy but it is def worth the money. This is high quality stuff. Seems like they put a lot of love into making their food.

I don't give 5 starts often but this place def deserves it. I would come here again tomorrow if I could.
We had brunch here, highly recommended. Lots of unique cocktails and the menu has lots to choose from. They are know for their fried chicken, it's brined for like 27 days and a taste amazing.
Food: we had the deviled eggs as they were recommended by the waiter, best I have ever had. We then split the chicken and waffle meal, best fried chicken we have ever had and even the waffle was amazing. Banana puddling also really good.
Great atmosphere, waiter very friendly and gave great recommendations.
Highly recommended place. We will come back next time we are in Vegas.response / report this review -

I just left Yardbird and I HAD to write a review on my way back. The service, the food, the drinks, and the place was wonderful. I ordered the Short Rib with my server, Angela, and asked them to take the spicy carrots off but they forgot. When my server came back and saw the plate, without me even asking, she insisted that they replace it with a brand new plate. It was on my table in minutes! I am so happy with my service here and will most definitely come back more often! Thank you Angela!

Awesome southern inspired cocktails. The chicken and waffles are to die for. Also had the cheese grits which were very good. The service was excellentour waiter was a career pro. Make it easy on yourself and make a reservation otherwise I could see the wait being really long. I saw the another post in which it appeared that the reviewer was mad about them checking their ID when paying by credit card. It appears to be their policy to randomly do that. It happened to us as well and frankly I was happy to oblige. Cheers.
