This place is great for the UFC fights even though you can never hear joe Rogan commentating because the volume is so low but when I tell you the food is horrible , trust me if the great gordon Ramsey came here he would say it's "absolutely dreadful" I love game time though the waiters are great ! Don come here expecting great food.

I went to watch the college football games with my friend this past Saturday at Gametime. I figured I could watch the FSU-Miami game with my friend who is a big FSU fan and also watch the Gators play LSU since I'm a big Gator fan. However, my visit to Gametime was nothing but a big disappointment. The service was horrible. The waiters would promise to do something and never follow up. The bartenders wouldn't even look at me when I walked over to ask for their help. They tuned every TV in our area to the Miami-FSU game even though I had asked multiple employees to tune one to the UF-LSU game before the games started (the games started at the same time). I was finally able to get a manager to tune one of the TVs to the UF-LSU game. However, I missed just about all of the first quarter and the TV automatically switched back to a pre-programmed channel after about 10 minutes. I had to get up and look for help again. I found a manager and employee who were working and talking and patiently waited a few minutes for them to acknowledge me but they completely ignored me. I finally had enough. I apologized to my friend and left the establishment before halftime. Needless to say I won't be going back to Gametime and I don't recommend it for watching sports.

I come here to enjoy myself and play a couple of games with friends.it is a very nice atmosphere and the people are friendly.

Sharon behind the bar is a professional. Always quick! I don't think I would come if it wasn't for her. I remember her here from when I used to work at George's. Glick is lucky she is here.

What a rip-off. I used one of their electronic kiosks to purchase a play card, the transaction went through but just as I removed my bank card the monitor froze (charging me in the process, but not giving me a token card). The supervisor or manager guy (who was rude, I might add) opened the machine with a key, restarted the system, but told me I wouldn't be given a play card for my purchase--I'd have to go to the counter and buy another. I walked out knowing that I'd be double charged if I did so (which he claimed I wouldn't be). Lo and behold, the next morning my bank showed a charge of $25 dollars from that botched transaction. I even called the general manager and left a message and got nothing. Typical. Don't waste your time with this overpriced place with its terrible service (we get it, you don't like your jobs--aim higher, then!). You should be ashamed of yourselves. Some of us work hard for our money, and when we make business transactions in good faith, we expect good service in return. Mediocrity defined!

Had my child's birthday party there. I was totally mislead about how the play cards worked and was pushed into buying more than I needed to. When I spoke to management about it, they took over an hour to even speak with me and then said there was nothing they could do. Will never return. Horrible customer service. They have a bunch of kids working there that do not know what they are doing.

This is the worse place for dinner. managers in charge are careless about customer satisfaction, waiter are unhappy and treat customer in a disrespectful way.
IF you want to take your kids to have fun, feed them at a better place first and then take them to play.

Sorry excuse for an arcade. This place used to be called game works and actually had games, including a game that was a 2 story tall ride. Now they're porting phone games into cabinets for whatever reason. The 6 player racing game isn't even connected to each other. There's one fighting game, well at least it's MvC2. If you just wanna jerk around a bit go for it but if you actually want to play some games go somewhere else. DDR is the only thing that saved this from 1 star

Approximately two weeks ago I provided this establishment a negative review that was then deserved; however, after a revisit today I am proud to report that GameTime is redeemed 10 fold. I now post a very favorable review based upon exceptional customer service above and beyond what I expected and what is ordinary. Today, they truly made our family feel special.

This place is a ton of fun. So many games and in general things to do. Really cool. The bar also serves decent drinks.
