Went to this place on 12/10/2017 for my brother’s birthday. Waited 45 minutes to get a table, then had to ask over and over again for just water. Me and my wife’s order was cold to the touch and had to be done again. My brother’s broccoli was too hard and when he gave it back to them to steam more, they never returned with the broccoli. Takes forever for a waitress to come to your table and when they do and if you order anything, it takes forever for them to return. A concert of complaints from several customers! The bar manager had to actually see us and get us what we needed! But, guess what?! It was ALL free, so I’m not complaining.
I’ve finally had it with this place. I am sitting at the first booth as soon as you walk in on 1128/17 for lunch. The waiter is just gliding around like he or she has nothing else better to do. My burger was cold and cheese not melted. What really makes me unhappy is that I’ve found this place about 2 yrs ago and was introduced to my first California roll which was absolutely the best. I haven’t been happy for several months now, coming back again and again hoping to get that taste I’ve experienced from the start but it’s just getting worse. The California roll was so spicy that I damn near chocked. Anyway, I’m through and is very dissatisfied. If there was a zero at this point I’d give it. Oh, the waiter has an attitude because my burger was cold and he had to take it back. Tossed the bill on the table and didn’t say thank you! I’m done and they have 0 for a tip!
Had lunch at the bar, Armani (I think) was the bartender. This was the best lunch EVER. I enjoyed every bite. We had the southern fried chicken breast plate and the Nashville hot chicken plate. The pomegranate margarita, cherry limeade vodka drink. Both great! We will definitely be back. 👍👍👏👏👏
The front greeting people were rude. Well 1 in particular Cynthia. My friend had a reservation for 15 people and apparently it was never wrote down. I understand people make mistakes but she was very rude and nasty about it and when we would ask her questions like how long will we have to wait she would get an attitude. She told us half of the party had to be there to get seated cool I get that. When we told her more then half the people was there she Ignored us so we ask someone else and they sat us. The service was very slow and the food was cold. Maybe they was having a bad night but I would not take a large group there because it seem like they can't handle it.
Sat for 15 minutes before we even saw a waiter. Ordered beers and water and waited another 15 minutes for those and had to ask 3 times about the water. We had the queso appetizer and it showed up 30 seconds before the food with a dozen chips on the plate. We asked for more chips and waited another 15 minutes for those, the waiter told us they were being cooked fresh. When we got our chips right as we were ready to leave they were cold and stale. The waiter also failed to bring my wife's side salad we asked for twice. They were very busy but there were 6 or 7 staff standing at the wait station "hanging out" the whole time we were there. This was our first time at Atlantic station and not sure if this is what's to be expected but we were very disappointed with our service. The food was decent at best.
Service was a little slow at the bar but it was busy. I love the drink selection here and their food is pretty good too. Long wait around dinner time on the weekend for a table though.
Great place!! Good vibes .. and their kitchen stays open until 1am! Only downside is recently they started preprepping their edamame instead of making it fresh like they used to. It's a new change but they should go back. I can see how they are trying to save on cooking time but you're losing out on quality. Other than this. I love their drinks and the staff is nice .. even when you walk on close to 1am !!
I ordered the Blackened White fish taco combo with rice, the taco itself was ok not even warm, but my rice was hard, tasted old and was cold! My friend ordered the turkey burger with fries, his burger came out with nothing on it except three pickles (No tomato, no lettuce, Nothing)! Nothing what it said on the actual menu and his fries were cold!
The server disappeared and was no where to be found and it wasn't even that busy, we only saw her one time and that was when we were leaving. I would recommend other restaurants to choose besides Yard House at this location in particular, the service itself is awful, and the well the food is a joke and you shouldn't have to try and track down servers, or be served cold food! Completely unacceptable! This was my first and last visit here!
Were told 25-35 minute wait for the patio and ended up having to wait over an hour. When we were finally seated the food was horrible. The calamari was hard and the rest of the food you could tell was old and were left overs. The meat in the burger and tacos had no flavor whatsoever. I had to call the manager over and tell her that we were leaving and I would not be paying the bill because we had had enough of this place. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
Ordered a margarita pizzafirst it was horrendous! How can you advertise a margarita pizza with no sauce! Tomatoes and garlic were not roasted, they were mushy and popped water when i touched it and the bread was dry with no flavor. Not even the cheese had any flavor! I asked the waiter "how can you serve pizza with no sauce and mushy vegetables ?" and he replied "it comes without sauce" wait what? So i waited 45 minutes for a disappointment and now my stomach is upset and only at half a slice. I ordered a southern fried chicken dish. The dish was over the top display for a simple southern dish which screamed " trying too hard to impress!" That entree was decent but not great. The waiter was great I had no problem with him and he was doing his job, but the over all dishes (and not including mine) were not great.
The burgers are average and very greasy. We just had a bad experience with getting service. Sat at the bar. Just overall disappointed. Ordered the large beer by mistake and realized it was just a little more than a pint poured into a fancy glass that was way over priced. Asked for a side of BBQ sauce since none came on my BBQ burger and never received it.
Would not eat here again and would not recommend it. I know this is harsh but the bill was 90+ and felt like it was a waste
Good environment for sports with an excellent beer selection. The food. that's another story. Stick to local southern cuisine. I got the blackened sailfish tacos with rice and pinto beans and it was sub par. The beans tasted like they were prepped quickly and tacos had too much of a bland flavor. (Despite the mango salsa on it.
My suggestion: cut back on the food menu, stick to a few local favorites. This place, like far too many sports bars, are trying to cater to everyone. (Seafood, chicken, beef, salads, pasta, wings, pizza, etc.)
I always enjoy their burgers and the kale salad is amazing. The menu is full of various options and I've yet to be disappointed. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, but the floors are very sleek so be cautious. The employees are nice as well and someone is always in training. It has a very friendly atmosphere.
The staff was nice. The overall appearance was clean, happy and joyous. I requested a ribbed eyed steak medium rare only to be told "I'm sorry but we are out of steak all together". I was extremely disappointed being that this was and probably will be my only visit to this location. Did not order anything to eat only a glass of wine. We'll see what they have to offer shortly. 😡
Me and my boyfriend came in to sit down.(keep in mind it's a Friday night) We went to the bar to get some drinks and they were really good. Anyways we waited and waided for a table but luckily the bar staff came through for us and we ate there and it was AWESOME!! :D we had the lobster mac and cheese and it's big enough to share. Loved it. Definitely coming back!! :D
