    Sooooooo disappointing!
Went for Thanksgiving buffet, reservation was 3:15pm for 3 was sat around 3:40pm. Not sure why there was such a wait considering we had reservations and there were plenty of empty tables(still that wasn’t the issue)
TURKEY is the issue!!! Salads, sides, dessert, service & music great. But guys you run out of turkey?? Carving station was less to be desired prime rib was ok but they were out of horseradish sauce & gravy. The turkey.well there was none! About 20-30 minutes later one finally appreared and was undercooked!
I did my homework and researched a nice place to take my mother and husband for Thanksgiving and was not impressed. For over $300 bucks you think you would get some turkey..I expected more from such an established hotel and chef. I suggest you get a reservation early if you ever plan on going
We were at Waffle House 3 hours later😭

At best, the food was forgettable. The service was horrible. It took us 3 hours for a 3 course meal. The fried green tomato appetizer took over 30 minutes and came out cold. The wine took as long, if not longer. In fact, it was so bad that the server comped a couple of glasses of wine, which is one reason for the 2 star rating. The other reason is that the place itself is nice, except for the angry woman on the sidewalk who kept walking back and forth asking for money.

Visiting Atlanta for the weekend and stopped in for brunch. Food was delicious and service amazing! From the hostess with the welcoming smile, to the manager with his attentive approach to the amazing server Chantelle. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this beautiful space.

I would not recommend anything from this restaurant other than the fried green tomatoes. Small portions and large bills. The Chef is said to be Oprah's old chef. I was not impressed at all. None of the guest were satisfied.

Well stocked bar with a very wide range of bourbon, rye and whiskeys. Great cocktails as well. From well known brands to artisanal and single barrel bourbons with a variety of finger food.

We where treated very poorly. We asked for a table and were told they couldn't accommodate 6. We asked if we could sit at the bar and she said "its gonna be hard to find 6 seats at the bar but you can try." that was all the help the hostess was good for. The bartender was pretentious and spoke to us slowly like we didn't understand words with more four letters. Ended leaving before we even ordered a drink.

The vibe is good, the decor is great, burbon selection is worth the trip. I have to agree with the other review the $2 neat charge on a drink seems out of place. Put the price on the menu for the pour. Minus 1 🌟 for the unnecessary additional charge.

This place is pathetic as far as service is concerned. We were staying at the hotel so decided to go there for breakfast around 10.15am. The host was a total moron (some kid who should not be there in the first place). He tells us the wait would be 15-20 min. We sat and waited. Approx half an hour later he calls other people before us although we were there way before. It was nice of those guests to inform him that we were there before them. The service inside the restaurant was too slow and nothing to be desired. The quality of the food was average. In all, the entire experience was horrendous. Would not recommend this place at all to anyone.

Went to eat here on Friday 03/03/2017. Everything was good. Service was good, food was good, etc. When we got the check/bill I noticed a $2 extra charge for each whiskey/bourbon drink we had. When I asked about it I was told that it was because they pour 2.5 oz instead of 2.0oz. What?? I will not be returning!

Wonderful food! But the waiter we had should be an employee of the month. He not only did an outstanding job with recommendations with the menu and drinks, I had a choking moment and he walked me to the rest room and then continued to check on me for the remainder of our eating experience. I love great service and we totally received it. I made sure to tip this young man very well. I wish I could remember his name because he is excellent!
