Atmosphere was AWESOME, definitely 5 stars! Food prices were high for what you got and the service was non-existent. We had a party of four people, some of the dinners were good but small portions, others the food was disappointing. We were charged 18% service fee up front for someone to take our order and for a food runner to bring us our food. Two of the orders were wrong but the food runner never returned with the correct items. No quality control check as promised by our waiter. I cannot recommend dining at the theatre but the overall moving experience was very good.
I’m never going to another movie theater. No kids after 6, excellent cocktails served to your seat, and an extensive menu. The seats are great, the service is great, the valet is great.
Only minor downside is sometimes difficult to park if you get there before valet starts, and it is a little pricier than a typical movie experience but fully worth it.
The ambiance is elegant and refined (for a movie theater). I had the crab cakes and collard greens both were amazing. Great servers and comfy seats. Only thing they need is recliners!
Great place!. Little more expensive than i had imagined. It was just over $100.00 for 2 tickets., 2 meals , 1 reg beverage, 1 alcoholic drink, 18.5% mandatory added tip.. Exceptionally quick food service and excellent tasting entrees. Screen and audio was great. Very comfortable seating..
Excellent valet service, friendly staff, and their food is pretty good. They do have some gluten free friendly options, including an amazing chocolate cake which is way too much for one person, so make sure you share with a friend. Trust me, there’s plenty. The burger and sweet potato fries were also tasty. The seats are comfortable, though not like the ones at Lenox. Get there 30 minutes before so you can place your orders and have time to eat. It was a little challenging to eat in the extremely dark theater. I had to wait until some bright scenes came on the screen so i could see my food. 😂
Loved everything about it. The staff was very nice. The theater was clean and I loved the movie. Food and drinks were great also!!!
Overall I like this place. Sometimes certain staff are annoying, but on the while everyone is nice and much better than, for example, Phipps. But the night this girl named Niara who was supposed to seat people told us our seats were on the opposite side of the theatrewhen I politely indicated to her that the higher numbers were actually on the other side, she rolled her eyes and looked away without otherwise acknowledging her mistake. Another night, we had a really rude bartender, but that was a few years ago. Otherwise, experiences have been good. Menu is great. Upscale food. Good movie selection and ambience. Parking could be better, but still ok.
Went yesterday and was possibly the worst food we've had all year and we frequent comfy spots from downtown midtown and buckhead. For $58 we got soft drinks popcorn and 2 chicken and waffle dinners. We had to turn our phone lights on during the movie to see what we were eating as the chicken coating literally fell off and felt like rubber -not sure what we were eating but must have been some frozen dinner not cooked for $17 per plate. We will not come back for a $50 meal we will eat first then head to another theatre
One of my favorite theaters in the city. I love the ambianceof the lobby/longe area. Additionally, it's a place where adults can go without the noise of teenagers or children.
The food is mediocre at best. Great if you don't have the time for dinner before or after the movie. But otherwise, I would highly recommend eating elsewhere.
If you're anything like me and want to enjoy a movie without all the extra background noise (kids talking and playing)then this is the perfect place. It's truly on some grown-up level..The food is amazing and very fresh. I've been 3 times and can't wait to go back. It's not a cheap place but I tell you it's so worth the price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐since I can only rate 5at the top!
Good date night spot since kids are not allowed in after 6. Food is usually pretty good and priced around what you would find in nicer restaurants.
This is a great place to enjoy a movie of your liking, cinebistro has excellent customer service, and is a very clean establishment. Only thing that needs major adjustments are the pricing on the food, and the food its self. I ordered the chicken n waffles and it was literally horrible. I sat through the whole movie angry at how bad it was ! Other than that it was a good overall experience.
Very quiet movie theater. Suitable to take kids during the day (there is an age limit after 6 pm of 21 years old and older). Popcorn, french fries and beverages were all great. The wings - not so good. Too sweet. They should just stick to a traditional wing sauce. I was there 15 min before our movie began and no one came over to get our order for the in theater service. So- I had to go to the window to get my food. Basically me and my family missed the in theater service experience. Once we went to the food window they only had one person attending to the entire bar area and to the theater food window. Poor guy was trying his hardest and was very polite- but I could still see he was over worked. Took about 15 min to put an order in. I basically missed my previews and 5 min of the movie by the time I ordered and received my food.
We love the movie experience at CineBistro. It is clean and inviting. The staff is always friendly. We love the adult atmosphere. This is a great place for a date night.
Great comfortable theatre with amazing seating, sound and screens. Food here is a standout - like no other theatre food I've had. It gives reason alone to stop by for dinner. The red sangria and shrimp mac and cheese are stellar. Service is hit or miss in the bar/lounge area, while in theatre it is delightful.
