The new and improved place looks and is great! Good beer list. Bartender gave me the wrong order but I didn't mind so he gave me half off. I appreciate that and a place that employs such good people

So L5CT is the place I have turned to over the years when I'm in the area and want to enjoy my meal, drinks, and socializing without feeling rushed (like a couple other popular places in the neighborhood). They have a couple of pool tables, too. All of the food I've ever tried here has been great. There's an extensive drink selection and the staff is always nice. There are many corner tavern locations on the Atlanta metro, and this one's my favorite.

This was one of the worst, entirely overpriced, meals I’ve ver had. I had the zombie burger which is accurate because it tasted like death. How the heck do you mess up a burger?? It had ZERO flavor except what the cow was born with; not even salt or pepper which are like the most basic ingredients. The service was also terrible. The waitress was mostly dismissive, the service slow, they even charged for barbecue sauce. WHAT KIND OF RESTAURANT CHARGES FOR BARBECUE SAUCE??? I was very disappointed to say the least .

I've been here multiple times and truly loved it (even gave a 5 star review earlier this year) but recently returned and had the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. We went for bottomless mimosas (advertised until 3 pm) which were cut short at 2:45, told by Tori "i mean, i cant just give you 10 bottles of champagne." We were playing pool which they charge $10 an hour for (absurd in the first place) and which we only played an hour and a half of but got charged for 4 hours of. Beyond that for a group of 4 we got charged a 20% gratuity which Tori absolutely didn't deserve because we had to seek her out every time we needed refills or food. Needless to say we are very disappointed with the customer service we received and are not likely to return despite previous enjoyment. I understand everyone has bad days but there is absolutely no excuse for the treatment we received.

The rooftop patio is amazing. Great beer selection and the food is definitely underrated. I had a burger smothered in pimento cheese. Onion rings were no joke. All very reasonably priced. It's my new L5P go-to!

A very relaxed bar where you can actually hear people talk. Drink list is diverse and well priced. Regulars are loyal. The food is not kidding around, so eat up. Two pool tables! The rooftop balcony has table service and the best possible view of L5P you can find.

Austin was awesome! Fast, friendly and helpful. I hope he is there next time we go in.

Would you like a side of attitude with those fries? Well, at Corner Tavern you can get a side of egotistic eye rolls for free! Every time I have been here, the waitstaff have been incredibly rude, as if they are too cool to talk to you let alone take your order. The food IS really good here but, in my opinion, that fact is completely overshadowed by the terrible service. Good luck if you go on a weekend.

Corner tavern little five points is a staple to me for quick, incredibly high quality food. It may come as a surprise to most, but corner tavern is incredible value and quality of food, with a legitimate Atlanta experience. They aren't pretending to be anything other than what they are, but somehow, corner tavern effectively makes food with love and the quality shows.

The roof top patio was awesome, and our server (Ben) was excellent! Jovial, energetic, and awesome! The food, however, was lack-luster. Definitely not the best bar food in the area. For $12 more flavor was expected out of the blackened chicken quesadillas. We had one pimento in our pimento cheese on our appetizer plate. And, the highly recommended mango salsa wasn't fresh.
This would be a great place for drinks, but we will not come back for dinner.response / report this review
