They let me go cause of an incident that I wasn’t involved in outside of work then on top of that the team lead in bonding and foaming didn’t like me because of my sexuality and was talking to me crazy then wanted to play victim then said my performance was bad
I’ve been trucking for 10 years and this is the worst place I’ve ever been to. Took them over 10 hours to unload me and were very unprofessional. Do not come here at all if you can avoid it.
I moved from loading fixtures to welding product, in under two years. People are a priority to Yamaha: perhaps only second to quality. (I'm pretty sure building the best product is paramount.)
Management team lacks communication severely. They need bodies, and if you are training for a forklift position, it will take a week before you start working in that position. So be prepared to work a line and NOT TRAIN for forklift in your downtime.
My side by side was in a roll over last September. I have healed from my injuries for the most part . My side by side has been sitting at the dealer I purchased it from since the accident . My insurance company paid for it to be repaired ! Yamaha took to the $14,000 and the dealer has received some of the parts . However , they cannot fix my side by side until ALL the parts come in . They gave me a spreadsheet and YAMAHA states no ETA available for the roll cage parts !! I am very upset that I have to wait indefinitely to get it back repaired and still pay for it !! Foremost insurance company states they cannot total it because YAMAHA would have to state that the parts will never be available . This is unfair just to me!! I paid to have insurance and pay my bills !! YAMAHA HAS NOT BEEN COOPERATIVE ON GIVING ME ANY ANSWERS !
