  We cannot recommend Marion enough for any real estate needs. She has gone above and beyond our expectations during our recent home purchase. It made a stressful situation much easier knowing she was 100% in our corner and looking out for our best interests. She is delightful, professional, and excellent at her job. A good realtor can get you through closing, but a great one can make you feel comfortable and confident that you are in the hands of a pro. She is a great one.

  Marion helped me find my very first home in Ballston Spa and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. She was extremely patient throughout the process and we eventually found my perfect condo which was new construction. She was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions which gave me comfort being new to the home buying process. Thank you so much Marion - I could not be happier in my new home!!

  We highly recommend Marion and Ferdinando from the RE/MAX team as they did an excellent job with the sale of our home! Marion was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, hired an outstanding photographer and even helped with the sale of some furniture! Her services went above and beyond our expectations. Our home sold very quickly above listing price, thanks to our experienced realtors. From the beginning, we knew we were in good hands!
