If you wanna know what it's like to live in a prison then live here. That OZ show on HBO is good start. The idiots that run this place implemented a policy stating that you cannot transfer your resort pass to someone else; I left mine at my friends place and they confiscated it from here when she tried to return it to me and charged me $100- stating that it was "lost or stolen" when they, AIMCO (the property managers), are the ones who actually stole it. Criminals.

My daughter lives in flamingo, I love visit her and it feels like 5* resort. Apartments and amenities are wonderful. The size is great. Pool area is nice and clean. Although I know that they have really mean security people who treat their own residents and their guests with a great deal of disrespect. I hope management will improve that soon.

The worst alarm system ever..it goes on and off anytime of day or night it can last hours buzzing in the house you cant sleep or if you sleep you ll jump out of the bed for no reason it happends so often that no one believes that is for real and if some time will be for real no one will go off the apts and that is becouse it happends all the time

Horrible building Do not move here. Resort itself is nice but the management is the worst. They do not care for residents at all. There is impossible that you reach the office if you need anything .. if it's late at night and you need to call security for something forget about. Better, just pay rent in another place where you know that you will get appropriate customer service for it.

They basically ROB their tenants. Once you move in they keep adding additional fees to your rent bill every month(service fees, vacancy fees all kinds of fees that are unexplicable) when you call NWP (the company that does the billing) they are rude and unprofessional and tell you to call management who knows even lessFlamingo management is all about making extra money ON FEES that are NOT justified.
However, The elevators have been under construction since I moved in November and they are finally open to the public and are terrible get stuck in every flloor, the elevetor floor level is uneven seen more than one person almost fall. Bottomline is if you can afford 1700 us for a small studio GO somewhere else Flamingo has horrible management. Everything IS ALWAYS UNDER CONSTRUCTION BUT NOTHING GETS DONE PROFESSIONALLY And will bill you an extra FEE every MONTH for something they can't even explain.Can't wait til my lease is over.

Stayed at the Flamingo for a weekend and had the worst experience ever. Security was rude and took forever to allow me on the premises. On my last day my luggage was thrown out into trash chute half of the belongings inside of it missing and when a staff members they all looked lost. Do not stay there it smells bad and it's cockroach-infested

DO NOT Rent from this property! There is nothing but crime, drugs and noise . Three murders alone while I lived there is enough for any person to want to leaveall this information can be searched online I struggled for months and management did nothing to help me . I finally got the DM to release me, but they failed to communicate with corporate office , causing me to have to pay fines for a property that I felt unsafe. If your a hard working person and need to sleep at night do not live here .

Document and save everything. Save every email. I am reading enough that I am beginning to wonder if some sort of investigative action needs to be taken. The complex itself is nice and it is a great neighborhood. Management and leasing will change their story as necessary to cover their mistakes. I am beginning to feel like I need to wear one of those uniform cameras anytime I speak to them.
