  Nice setup, with many different vape pens and a large selection of vape juices. I bought a brand new medium battery-size vape setup and some juice. Had an issue when I filled it up and tried using it, but it tasted burnt. I called to let them know the vape wasn't working right bc it tasted weird, and burnt. I asked about swapping them out since there was something wrong with it. When I pulled the pod that holds the juice out there was juice all inside where it was inserted. I was told that there are signs everywhere that said no returns. I said I just need to exchange it for a working one. I was also told that I must have messed up the coil, and again no refunds. So, I was busy with work, etc so I just put items back into packaging bc they couldn't be used. After a few calls, and being made to feel like I was in the wrong, I googled vape setups to see if it could be fixed, so I decided to go up to the store to see what they could do. From what I had read it only needed a pod that wasn't broken. Long story short, I was frustrated, so I decided to go to the store to explain in person. One of the owners was there, and she corrected things by giving me a new pod and setting it up for me. Lesson learned vape stores will not do refunds or exchanges, so be sure to test the vape setups before leaving the store.

  Adam? The best. Eddy? Legendary. Mallory? Incredible. The best and only vape shop. All others are irrelevant. I don’t make the rules, but please follow them and come check it out. Love these guys!!!!

  This is the best vape shop I have ever been too. Everybody that works there is awesome. Anytime I have ever gone in there and they didn't have something they ordered right then and was In stock the next time I came in. I told them I was looking for a Marine Corps zippo and today when I went in right there it was, BOUGHT IT!!!!!! Thank you guys so much for being awesome.

  Shop was great, had a wide variety of glass and i met a great employee who convinced me to buy the best/worst minion tobacco pipe i have ever seen. Me and my brother truly can not thank this man enough. He has changed our lives and my tobacco smoking has never been better. My depression cured. My life fulfilled. My prayers answered.

  And it wasn't even Adam that sold me 3 coils for $24.00 and I asked for a replacement pod and it's not there. And had a few other issues
  But , after contacting management online..
  I can say that if there's an issue with anything purchased @ World or Smoke.. they will handle it with a professional Manor. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I'm a loyal customer of World of Smoke
