This place has the worst customer service! Nothing but young kids running this place that shows no respect and will argue with guest!
We were spending A LOT of money in there and will not be back! This explains why this place has such high prices because they are paying children to work there so they can have a low payroll!!!response / report this review -

Love this store. Love walking around and seeing all the animals. I like going inside the gun room and looking around. They have all types of guns, fishing gear, and clothes. Very friendly and helpful workers.

I occasionally go by and pick up some specific Ammo, Berger, and I have bought several guns from W&W through the years. They also offer financing WAC.

Woods & Water (Tuscaloosa) is one of the better outdoor places I've been to. My wife and I are from Northwest Florida and have family and a deer camp near Columbus, Mississippi. We drove over to Woods & Water to pick out a bow. We received some of the absolute best service in choosing the right equipment, having it fitted properly, and the employee who helped us, named TJ (I believe), even gave us his cell number in the case we needed any further help living out of town. A couple cam screws came loose and fell out when we were back home, and he responded to texts and my phone call to swiftly remedy the problem. Over time, sighting the bow in and practicing, I broke an arrow and lost a few more. But, we waited until a year later to go back and have more arrows cut, along with some adjustments made to the bow. Reed was the employee who helped this time, and he went above and beyond to assist and answer questions in every way. Though there may be local shops we could go to back home, we will drive an hour away from where we are vacationing in Mississippi to continue to shop at Woods & Water. No bad impression could be said from any of our experience with this store. Loyalty from Florida!

Prices are keeping kind of on the high side. They did not have a huge selection of AR 15 assesories. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I ordered some merchandise online, and when I didn't get a confirmation email, I reached out to them via email. Davis responded within a day, explaining that they were having trouble with their automated email system. From then on he personally and promptly emailed me the details of my order. When the order arrived later than promised, he immediately refunded me my full shipping costs. Great customer service job by the E-Commerce team at Woods-n-Water!

Cool place, great view from atop The hill from where it is. They have hunting, fishing and sports equipment. Nice people and a newer very nice bldg, but they're way to expensive in my opinion.
