Our experience here wasn't worth the 50 bucks we spent there. The food wasn't that great and the customer service was bad. After waiting 20mins it took me stopping a waiter and asking for management just to get drinks on the table!!! Thank goodness for the kids menu to occupy my kids attention or I would have lost it in there.The waiter that brought the drinks didn't introduce herself and just started putting drinks on the table. The restaurant wasn't packed and there was several waiters in the building. I didn't see any reason for such a delay and bad service. Management was friendly and aplogized but I reither spend my money somewhere else.

Food was very tasty! I went durring the nick saban show it was extremely crowded. I showed up at 7am to get on the list due to high table demand for the dhow. We returned only to find our name had been left off the list! If not for the 15 other people I stood in line with for 3 hours the staff was not going to help me. They have to find a better way.

Food was great and and restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. The waiter we had was rude to us. The wait wasn't bad, but they were not busy at the moment.

My family & I went here for lunch on Friday at 12:30. We were greeted by a middle aged blonde girl with glasses. She said that she would be right with us while she waited on someone that had a to go order. Then she took an order over the phone. A black male with a mustache came up while she was busy, and she pointed to us. We thought that he was about to seat us. He left for about 5 minutes came back and asked if we were waiting to be seated, as if we weren't there before. Then a black female with a tablet came up, and he asked her how long it would take us to be seated. She rudely said 20 minutes. That was unacceptable to us when there were plenty of empty tables on the left side of the hostess area. There was only 4 of us. It took them over 10 minutes to tell us that there would be a 20 minute wait, and there was no one waiting. My family and I will never eat here again. I have complained on the website and have gotten no response back. I was already displeased by the food when I was here before, and now the unprofessionalism of the staff displeases me even more. I have lived in Tuscaloosa all my life, and there has never been a restaurant or fast food place that has made me mad over something like this until now.
