  Woodlands is a fantastic place to take your furbabies.. They are compassionate and Truly experts in the field of cardiology. The first time i went to visit Dr Jacobs.. he was able to explain my Lolli's heart disease in a way that i fully understood exactly what was going on inside of her. This was so helpful. I also had to pleasure was seeing Dr Barker who is also an incredible Dr I feel my lolli got the care she needed in her final months and that this team of Doctors did everything possible to give me more time with her. i am indebted and thankful this entire staff.

  My 4 y/o foster kitty, a Flame-point Siamese with severe stomatitis (gingivitis), needed her teeth out early 2016, but on exam, my Vet heard a heart murmur. An Ultrasound done by an Atlanta radiologist found a "strange" appearing condition and I was referred to Woodlands Veterinary. We were so fortunate to be seen here and Dr. Jacobs and the tech staff were just wonderful; so caring and kind to Buttercup. On Ultrasound, Dr. Jacobs (who is a professor at UGA Veterinary program and a true expert), found fibrous tissue running through the left ventricle - a condition he said he'd actually never seen in person before). We are so grateful to have such experts at our disposal. Buttercup and I HIGHLY recommend Woodlands Veterinary Referral for any internal med or cardiology needs your beloved pet may have!

  In a very hard situation with our dog, the Woodlands staff was incredibly easy to work with, sensitive to our situation and would bend over backwards for us and our dog. I highly recommend working with them and thank them for everything they did for us.
