  I base my rating on the service of the employees and the services extended. We bought a house that had an existing pool installed by them years before. They were able to tell us, honestly, what had and had not been done to maintain it, as well as what was a waste to start doing and life expectancy.
  
  I'm horrible with names, but there's a young man that is always very hospitable, goes out of his way, and is knowledgeable about everything. Thank God for him! We call and he shows up or we drop things off to them. Costs have been lower than expected for maintenance.
  
  There is someone who works there that doesn't seem very "friendly". I'm assuming that's what the bad review is referring to. She still does her job and provides us with information needed to fix our pool. Highly recommend this place, but I haven't used another. And probably won't because of the service the young man provides.

  My husband and I purchased our pool at Woodard's 2 years ago so that we could enjoy family and friends in the South GA heat. We received excellent service from the first day. The install went as planned and the owner was at our home every day over seeing every step to make the install easy as possible. Each month we have our water tested by their staff and they are very kind and knowledgeable. The service we have received after the purchase has been incredible.
