Had a boiler with consistent problems. Hired other plumbers and no one could figure out or repair my system. They came out right away and were extremely knowledgeable. They corrected all the issues and got the system up and running in one appointment. Great customer service and very friendly technicians. Will recommend them to everyone I know.

I hired Paradigm to replace an old failing air conditioner. The two Paradigm techs were courteous, polite and skilled. The installation went off without a hitch.

A week before we were set to move, our central AC stopped working. We needed to have it evaluated and fixed ASAP. The fix was worse than expected and needed a new condenser. The team was able to rearrange schedules and expedite the delivery of the parts needed to get it fixed before we closed. We have always had a good experience with Paradigm when we've used them in the past. But they really bent over backwards to help us this time and it was very much appreciated. Thank you.

First time using Paradigm. They were very friendly on the phone and got me on the schedule immediately. Called to confirm the day before and said they would be there between noon and 2pm. Showed up at noon on the dot. Tech was very good and walked me through the issues and what it would take to resolve it. Was finished in an hour. Timely, very professional. I would highly recommend them.

As a property manager I have hundreds of families that depend on our ability to marshall the right resources in the event of an emergency. Paradigm has proven themselves invaluable in those tight instances where we need emergency service. Their team has enough bench depth to activate the right resource and their capability is proven every time they dispatch. Paradigm While they are our "go-to" team for emergency service; for routine plumbing, heating and AC issues they equally manage without fanfare or drama.

Two weeks ago I had water coming in from my main drain in my basement. Not what I had expected to see when I woke up that day. I called Paradigm and they had someone at my home shortly after.
They snaked the drain and pulled out a bunch of roots. They did this until they weren't bringing anything back up. They sent down a camera snake to confirm that the drain was perfectly clear that water was flowing smoothly out to the sewer.
The gentleman that came out was so professional and great to work with. I could not have asked for better service or a better outcome. Thank you so much Paradigm Team! Highly recommend!response / report this review -

Recently we had an after hours emergency and Paradigm came out quickly, fixed the issue and had the heat working in no time. We are so grateful to Steve for helping us out. Everyone we spoke to and worked with at Paradigm are very kind and courteous and we highly recommend their services.

We were In the middle of putting a new floor in and we ran into a problem with our toilet ! We needed a new one fast and Steve reached out to me after I submitted a request online for professional plumbers In my area. We had a new toilet in our home that day!! I was so relieved no pun intended haha he is a great guy and was awesome throughout the whole process of helping me find the right toilet and he picked it up and came right over. VERY professional and also very personable over the phone as he was in person. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing heating and cooling needs.

Paradigm replaced our aging furnace and central a/c in the Fall of 2015. They were great to deal with from the lady in the office to the guys in the shop and the installers who showed up at the house. Their price was fair and they did quality work. It was a complicated job and we did run into a small glitch several months later. Paradigm took care of it, correcting the situation with no problem and no games. It was a nice change of pace to not have to be on the defensive and fight for what is right. They did what was right. I would (and have) highly recommend Paradigm to anyone who wants quality work and be treated fairly. Give them a try, Jean

I can't say enough about Paradigm! We had a VERY last minute issue and Steve, despite being at another appointment, had one of his team members Eric call us right away- even with this being a super last minute call during the biggest storm of the year! Eric was a HUGE help and was so patient with us as he walked us through the steps. Thanks to Eric and his patience & expertise, us new home owners who had no idea what to do were able to get out heat back on. PARADIGM YOU ROCK!

I had problems at one of my rental units and called Paradigm. It was a tough call which they ended up going out two other times on this boiler system in the last month.
The third time I was getting frustrated and Steve Labbe, the OWNER!, answered his phone at 7:30 at night on a holiday weekend and went out to my rental property personally to fix the boiler. When talking with Steve the next day he explained what happened and never charged me for the two prior calls.
Later on I found out that one of the calls was billable and he gave me a free part on the other one. It is very refreshing to have someone you know works as hard as Paradigm does to keep their clients happy.
I will refer Paradigm and keep smiling that there is a company out there that has the true values and character of a company I really enjoy doing business with.
I look forward to doing more jobs with Paradigm. Happy New Year!
