  If you're reading this review look no further.
  
  After contacting other companies that "repair" or install new whole house fans, I was told my barely working fan needed to be replaced at a bare minimum of 6 to 8 hundred dollars. I failed to believe these other, larger companies and went on for over a year without fixing it.
  
  I contacted kc attic fans and Jim came out the same day, fixed the fan, and validated my guess that the motor was fine.

  Excellent service. Austin quickly identified the problem as a broken built. It was late in the evening but he quickly returned and fixed the belt the same day. It worked great and cooled the house off quickly.

  I highly recommend using Kansas City Attic Fans. Austin stands by his work and makes sure you are 100% satisfied. They work with you to identify optimal placement, size etc and work within your schedule. Fair price, great person to work with and easily available to answer any questions. Overall great investment!!
