  I called to adopt adopt a dog and asked if he was still available the woman I talked to said he was. I sent my parents up there to get him and after numerous phone calls back and forward I told them to bring him home as they were starting to do paperwork a family showed that had a hold on him that they failed to mention. The lack of communication up there is unbelievable I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

  Part of thier food program, which is awesome. Currently waiting a long while, in the waiting room As the staff gossips. Male worker with the blondish mohawk/ bowl haircut needs to really tone the attitude down. He asked us if we needed help, gave us a 'tude, and is gossipping with the other workers. WCHS can do much better!
  
  To the owner below: You clearly did not pick up on the gay guy having attitude. Is this acceptable? The workers just gossip with anyone buzzed into the office? This is acceptable? If both are, in front of consumers or potential consumers, you need to do allot of training or retraining. No need to call, as you have the facts here. What you do with those facts makes your company thrive or dive. I'm sure you both know that.

  My wife and I were sad in search of a puppy from a trusted place we came across who we call, Daisy. Daisy came with everything she needed to go home and then some the staff was amazing and friendly and offer a ton of information beyond there responsibility. Keep up the great work!!

  We found the staff very friendly and helpful. My wife said on s scale of one to five she would give the place a 6. Very well kept and very clean.

  Very nice adoption experience. Used to volunteer yeeeears ago and its always been a nice shelter that takes good care of their animals. We were very pleased with the overall cost and what came with our new pup (including neuter and shots). Please adopt from here, or your local humane society, over any breeder or pet store! Such a great cause and very well vetted animals!

  I feel like I was used because I am young. I fell in love with this one cat and on his ticket it said that he was 7 months old. One lady told me that if the cat is six months or older it is $50 and if it is younger than 6 months it is $100. Well I thought he was only going to be $50 but she said they had messed up in the database system and that he was really 4 months old. I took the cat to the doctor today and they confirm to me that the cat is 7 or 8 months old. So I am pretty upset that I feel like I was used for being young and that they just conned more money out of me.

  I LOVE the place! The Staff there are super nice and love the animals just about how much I love my two dogs at home!! Wish I could buy them all!!
