They don't deserve a single star but it's all I could do. They couldn't authenticate my Timberland dockswtheck?? These shoes were never work and in rare black and white, I'm pretty sure these people don't know fashion if it bit em in the azz. Not authenticate them?! I walked out laughing. These shoes are a lil too big for me but I'm gonna rock the hell out of em now

If i could give this place no stars i would. Took my clothing in there that had miss me jeans, rock revival jeans, and north faces ALONG with stuff that i had purchased from there and never wore so i figured I’d resell them. PASSED ON MY ROCK REVIVALS AND MY NORTH FACE. They have garbage clothing and your going to pass on my items. And the girl literally had no pass reasons and told me “well your items were probably just out of style” uh no sorry. Your employees and turn over rate is god awful, get professional training for your “new” employees. I’ll take my clothing to perrysburg. I’m surprised your Toledo location is style open with the stuff your employees are buying and how unprofessional they are!

Wife felt judged there. She overheard employees saying her boots were fake that she was trying to sell. They were certainly authentic. Will gladly do business elsewhere. :)

Fantastic used clothing store! Love stopping by to sell my clothes. When my wardrobe needs changed, them buying my stuff is Perfect for my shopping itch. When I take my neice, she loves the affordable selection, especially forever 21! Great selection and a friendly staff; their employee Kate was very helpful and so friendly, she has a such a friendly smile! I'll be back soon!

Place is absolutely awesome! Very current styles in fact that is a requirement to be able to sell them anything. I was just there and I bought a pair of shorts a pair of dress slacks a pair of polo tennis shoes and four T shirts.Every Brand is like Aero postale ,Ambercrombie , American eagle , Hollister ECT. My total bill was under $80 you can't buy That brand of clothing anywhere else for that price

This is a great trendy shop for slightly used goods. They have a nice variety of all sizes. They also pay for your donations if they meet their criteria.

Would not accept my coach bags, forever 21 dresses with tags still on them, or Lucky Brand jeans. Said the items were "too small" I'm sorry, but teenagers shop there, right? How are size 2 jeans and small dresses too small? This sizes are listed on the website as sizes they accept and brands they accept. Do they not realize they're a resale shop??? It's not a name brand store yet they try to act like one. I don't shop there and I will continue to advise people to sell their clothes on their own because this store has a tree sized stick up their *** and won't accept items that are more than a year old.

This is one of my favorite places to sell my gently used clothing, they also have a great selection of items to buy. I especially like the Victoria's Secret collection they have.

They got a bunch of dingy ass clothes on their racks but wouldn't buy my new abrecombie and Fitch stuff. I would take the extra time and go to perrysburg then fw these stupid bitches
