I have never been treated so bad by an establishment to whom I am paying money to for a service ..soon as I sat down the older man never said hello went to pulling on my hands never spoke just pointed to where I should put my hands & slamming stuff down I asked was he having a bad day his response was no but obviously he doesn’t like his job !!Then yesterday my daughter went in for a full set and was told one price but once the older guy again started on her nails she asked again how much and was told a higher price and he shooed her away with four tips on because she told him that’s not the price she paid 2 weeks ago ,NO ONE IN MY FAMILY WILL EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!

i went there for LINDA like i always do bc she’s so sweet and does my nails exactly how i want them! butt instead i got DAVID bc linda had so many customers waiting for her. i asked him to do the same shape on my right hand nails like my left hand nails.(bc some nails have broken off) he left me bleeding in many spots and my right fingernails look so much worse than my left hand, idk how he thought these looked right. they’re so much wider and shorter than my left hand nails probably won’t be going here anymore. gonna find somewhere better downriver

I was treated horribly by the manager or owner I was not pleased with the work I was receiving so instead of allowing the person to continue I let the person no very respectfully I have as not pleased with the work I was receiving and if I could please have someone else . Well needless to say I was yelled at and was told to GET OUT !!!!!! Know at any point I could have
Become that angry black woman . I was apauled I was angry and my feelings were beyond hurt !!!!! I have spent good money with this business and that man yelled and spoke to me in a way that made me sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo angry 😡 I felt as if I was any other color !!! Other than black I would have been treated differently. Sad to say the only thing nice about this place is the young black man that works there and the ambience. Other than that most of the people CANNOT do nails they are rude , mean , and nasty they act like we need them !!!!!!

I went in today for shellac and a pedicure it was fabulous! Michelle hooked me up with both and she was such a doll! Nice conversation and a cup of wine made for an enjoyable afternoon. I was hesitant based on some of the reviews but I guess it truly depends on who you get!

TONY IS AMAZING! 70% of the salon are so RUDE and have absolutely no patience! Very bad attitude (booth 14 should be fired she act like she can't speak english). If you ever go there be sure to ask for tony, if he's unavailable wait or leaveI'd give TONY FIVE STARS BUT THE STARS ARE BASED OFF OF THE NAIL SHOP ALSO..WHICH IS TERRIBLE BUT TONY IS THE BEST NAIL TECH EVER!!!!!!! LOVE HIM !!

The pedicures they give you are VERY short and they overcharge you whenever they feel like it. First time I came here my husband paid $70, second time I came he paid $40 for the same thing literally. The employees seem overworked and they have to work on multiple people at the same time.

NEVER, NEVER GO HERE! HIGHLY PISSED! I made an appointment for my son's and I and when we arrived they didn't have us in their book. We sat at the peddi bowl so long the water went cold. They talked in their native language the entire time, over charged me, cut my son cuticle on his toe, they did my boys manicure standing up at the pedicure bowel and did an AWFUL job on my Shilac..I had to remove the polish because a black substance showed around my cuticle the next day!!!!! It was suppose to be a first time experience for my boys and they regreted going! I will NEVER GO BACK.FOR A $175 It was Utterly HORRIBLE!

Please save your fingers and money and DO NOT GO HERE! I still cant believe the experience i just had at this establishment. Took my mom for what should have been a relaxing girls daywrong! They hacked my nails up so bad the tech could not get the bleeding under control no matter what he tried. I tried to explain that he was hurting me, he continued and after the third nail i pulled away and the last three nails he worked on were gushing blood. He then proceeds to try to paint my nails and the blood and clear coat mixed together and he left it this way! In a hurry to make it back to the car so i could cry because of the pain my fingers were in, the tech rings me up and adds in a $10 tip! No apology, no consideration at the terrible job. My mother demanded to speak to the owner and we were walked to the other salon in the mall where the owner did apologize and offered less than half of my money back and a gift card. My fingers are now lathered in antibiotic ointment and throbbing as if crushed in a car door! Please.just avoid this place at all cost. ***UPDATE***Called today and the owner tried arguing with me telling me that he did not offer to give me my money back and only giving me a gift card. I explained that he knew this was not the agreement we came to and my mother and others around heard him promise my money back for my half of the bill. He then rudely said "bring me back my gift card and I will give you your money" Seriously.this place should be closed down. Filing a complaint and letting the state deal with this place.

I have been to this salon several times for shellac but never for a pedicure. I called to inquire about the price for a ped and shellac and was given a price at which time I made an appointment for the next day with a particular tech. After receiving both services and upon paying, I was told my price was $15.00 more than I was told for both services. My tech who I had seen several times before intentionally overcharged me $5.00 for the shellac, in addition to the $10.00 difference of the ped price given on the phone. Bottom line, I will never use this salon again or recommend it EVER!

They are rude. Always talking on the phone, very unprofessional, chairs are dirty. Always cut my cuticles ouch!!!!. Almost stopped going but came across Tony, he is the complete opposite he is awesome does a great job on my nails. Only let him do my nails now. If he's not there to do my nails then no one does I'll just leave.
