The wbesite to review what they offer was very well organized and explained. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Location in Frankemuth had a calming feeling once you entered the store/spa. Location was clean. Staff was friendly. Questionaire before massage was helpful so they knew what areas to work and some history. During couples massage they made us feel comfortable to our liking. I had Heather and she did a nice job, I would only recommend with her maybe a little more pressure, but was still overall nice. I am just used to more pressure with having regular massages. My husband had Sarah and he stated that this is not something he is comfortable with and his hip is bothering him, she made him comfortable with the pressure being applied. They explained the process well and answered any questions they had. Next time we are in Frankenmuth will book another massage with them. Prices were reasonable.

We visited this weekend for my fiancé's birthday. It my first ever massage and it was my fiancés first couples massage. It was such a wonderful experience! We will definitely make appointments again when we head back to Frankenmuth!

I made an appointment about a month in advance and received several phone calls, texts, and emails confirming. I drove the 85 mile trip to my appointment and I went in to see if there were any earlier openings. Come to find out, my appointment had been canceled due to a computer error. After declining to take a later appointment (I still had an 85 mile drive to get home), the employee working, Rachel, said the spa director would get in touch with me and would comp the massage (give me a free one for all the trouble it put me through). My appointment was supposed to be for 5/26/17 one week later, no phone call. I've taken my business elsewhere. No customer service whatsoever for an already overpriced experience. There goes my paid vacation day at work wasted thanks

FOR THE RECORD: I did give my credit card information over the phone one week in advance. I have only ever had one phone number in the history of going to this establishment. In addition, I did not receive any phone calls for the rest of the day. This confirmation included multiple phone conversations and credit card information provided in advance.

Unknown to me, I was scheduled my hour long relaxation massage the same time the Snowfest fireworks started. Loud booms shook the building for the first 15 minutes. My masseuse had to stop and leave the room because the ambient music had stopped. I could hear intermittent talking and the sound of coat hangers being dropped out in the hallway. This was my Christmas present from my wife and after a very stressful work week, I thought using it this weekend would help. I was wrong. While my masseuse did her job fine, it was, unfortunately, not very relaxing. Definitely not worth $75

I've been here a few times with my daughter over the years in Frankenmuth who books for us when I come into town from Colorado. The staff is obviously very hardworking and accommodating. My favorite is the nail lady that is petite and has long brown hair, I am disappointed that I forget her name every year. I am getting old but my daughter always remembers.They are always making us feel important.

I noticed that there are still people working but no spa services available, and it makes me question the value of employees and family. Maybe this is a question for the Riverplace, but I find it concerning that employees do not get the opportunity for time for family on special holidays like Thanksgiving and Easter. That is the reason for my two star review because I believe family should be considered when choosing to spend your money at a business. Otherwise, I commend the staff for their hard work and dedication to their customers. It's wonderful that they make strangers feel important.

I love this place! They make you feel right at home and it is such a relaxing environment. The cookies you get with every service are a nice touch as well! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax from a long day. I have gotten massages, facials, maternity massages, pedicures and manicures and they have all been wonderful!
