    Ridiculous.

The nurse who took my weight/ took me back to the room and did my tests was SUPER rude.

She acted cold, and used medical terms when asking me questions, terms that ONLY a medical professional would know/use and when I asked what she meant, she looked at me like I was stupid. And as I was telling her what I was in for and my history she interrupted me and quickly jotted something down on her board and ushered me to the next task. Also, when asking about my cycle she handed me a calendar to look at. As I scanned it she said with an annoyed tone "Its SEPTEMBER." I finally had it and told this woman and said "I KNOW. I'm not stupid."

I got her name from the doctor "Kelly" or "Kathy." An older Caucasian woman with brown, slightly curly hair that was thrown into a bun on the top of her head. She's an embarrassment to the medical community with her rude and judgemental attitude.

Not only was she rude but the front staff was cold as well and acted like they weren't being paid to be there. Wasn't worth the $75 to be mistreated and see a doctor for 8 minutes.

    Something needs to be done.

Did us a favor by taking late into pregnancy with some but not routine exam history. I have to move for my job (IT contracts) and it's really frustrating being interrogated and almost treated like a criminal when trying to get care. I pay out the ying-yang for insurance then tax on my insurance and you'd think the hospital staff whose salaries are so heavily funded by said taxes would give some customer service but with the long arm of the law so heavily entrenched in the medical-legal-industrial-academic-media complex's goal of destroying the nuclear family and bringing down America from within resultingly- not the case.

Anyway I wasn't super-impressed with bedside manner but as the son of a PT and growing up around doctors I'm far more concerned with getting treatment than the details. We had to go to a g@d-damned ER to get seen so maybe the lawyers should ask for a comped dinner off the diff between an office visit and an overnight observation from the hospital. Wasn't really thrilled about getting the self-pay lecture but that's what 20% of my income getting pissed out to healthcare goes to (they assumed for some reason we didn't have insurance.. maybe third deviation IQ people are so rare in a maternity ward that we're considered dumb).

If you can manage to get in to see a doctor here consider yourself lucky. I scheduled an appointment a month early with Brown because my schedule is packed. They called and cancelled and won't have anything for another few weeks and nothing that matches my schedule.

Dr. Gaslightwala is amazing! She makes you feel at ease and that she truly cares about you. Yes, there is sometimes a bit of a wait, but that's because the doctors take the time needed to answer all of the patients' questions without rushing them. It's worth it!

I was referred here by my doctor and so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist answered and asked how she may help me. I tried to explain my situation and she very quickly made me feel stupid. She was negligent and rude . She had no patience or kind words to say. Her attitude was terrible and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by calling up. I have never been to a gynecologist before and so I have no idea how the process works. My situation was obviously urgent and the soonest available appointment she told me was a month from that time. Even though it was a long terrible interaction I finally made an appointment. I called up a few weeks later to change some information that I had given because my situation had changed just a bit. When a different receptionist answered she was nice but it turns out that the first receptionist that I had talked to put my appointment down in the wrong month. She did the month that had just passed instead of the months to come. So on their calendar it looks like I had already had my appointment and there was nothing they can do to help me. I'm completely unsatisfied with how the situation was handled and the lady I talked to. I am not coming here because I feel disrespected. I'm very upset with this facility.

Horrible service. The receptionists were rude and treated us like garbage. Apparently, our appointment that we called for did not get scheduled, but no one told us that. Instead, they treated us like walk-ins and made us wait until everyone else had gone. We waited 50 minutes before we walked out. Also, they were talking about us behind our back (or so they thought), and they were playing solitaire half of the time we waited.
