  Called to get a max price or a ball park range on a lipo tummy tuck and the lady was rude and stated she would not give it to me I told her I was able to get a range from everyone else but she would not give me a range . so I will not be spending my money there. I will go somewhere else

  They need to be sued.
  They ruined my lashes, it's horrific what they deem to be acceptable. I would rather fly to LA than ever trust these unprofessional children ever again. They ruined my holiday with their "twisty lash" mistakes. They offer one or two week refills which proves their incompetent.
  If this is what they do to lashes then what would they do under the knife? Scary

  I went to KSA to get botox and juvederm. They are like artists and are so serious about doing a fantastic job for the patient. They take their clients well being and satisfaction very serious. I totally love their friday pricing for botox.

  Kansas Surgical Arts has a welcoming environment and staff. My appointment was relaxing and my skin has never looked better. My esthetician called the next day to make sure I was still enjoying my results. I will be a longtime customer.
