The staff is so nice! Dr. Chris Tran was absolutely amazing at his job. He made me feel very comfortable with getting my eyes checked and my children's, if I could recommend anyone it would be him hands down. He is very professional and kind.

Love the vision area, the last girl we had was amazing, very quick and efficient. Don't use the dental area, they had no patience and asked us not to come back, which was ok cause now we go to tiny teeth and love them. For vision however they can't be beat!

I love coming here just as much as my daughter. They make the environment fun for the kids. Friendly staff and perfect doctors. We have been going here for 5 years and won’t stop anytime soon.

Everyone seemed competent and good with the kids. However, the experience felt very rushed. I had trouble getting my questions asked with the dentist because she was talking so rapidly. I actually had to interrupt her to say, yes, in fact I have questions. And then she talked over me as I asked them. She seemed to be in a hurry to move us out the door. The person who cleaned my son's teeth didn't appear to do any work with the dental pick before the cleaning, (maybe she did and I missed it while I was helping another child), and there was visible tartar on his teeth when we left. I wouldn't say it was a waste of time, as he did get a cleaning. But as my kids have no fear of a traditional dentist, we will probably seek out a different practice for future visits.

Always have a great visit at Adventure Dental and Vision and the staff is always very friendly and kind and knowledgeable. The office is always clean and in good condition and child friendly. The wait is never very long and the appointments never take too long.

My 3 year old daughter had an appointment for vision and dental. They did an amazing Job. The way they treated my daughter was wonderful, it was a fun, easy going and friendly environment. I recommend this place to anyone who has children.

I love taking my kids here. The staff knows what they are doing. They are very friendly. My kids are comfortable getting their teeth cleaned as well as their eyes checked. Staff seems to work well together and have good attitudes.

Adventure did a fantastic job!! The hygienist who worked with my son was nothing short of amazing. She was interactive, she took the time to explain what she was doing and let him explore and really seemed to enjoy her job. I will definitely be returning and will most definitely recommend to others!

I've been bringing my children here for quite some time and as this place has expanded and taken on more clients, it has gone downhill. I love the vision side, they're always quick, professional and helpful. The dental side however, makes me cringe. THEY ARE NEVER ON TIME AND ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND. Some people have to return to work after appointments or may have other things to tend to. It is now over an hour past our scheduled appointment time. What is the point in even making an appointment? This place is a joke. They will blow your phone up everyday to remind you it's that 6 month mark for appointments, but can't even get you in even around the time you set the appointment for. Also, let me add that more times than not, you have to schedule the appointments so far out because there's nothing available for both dental and vision on the same day, so essentially they want you to take 2 days off to come to the same place. It's ridiculous. I used to love this place but will be considering other options for my children. The dental receptionists don't even acknowledge you when you've been sitting here so long after the scheduled appointment time. This place used to be my favorite but I absolutely hate coming here. Just like every other company that starts small and expands, you forgot your customer service and professionalism too.

My girls love the facility and the staff always makes us feel like family. Dr. Tran is the only eye Dr. We go to. So fun and caring. The staff is friendly helpful and very eager to help

They was wonderful and great with my 5yr old for her first time and my 15yr old too. Don't see why people talking bad on them. They answer all my questions and explained everything very well and took time with my kids. Dr. Jen was great plus asst Christy and two other lady's I forgot there name's. Really nice and cool you can get two different appt at same place.

They were kind, it was clean and it was quick. The dentist was so WONDERFUL with the children that my 9 year old who didn't have an appointment that day was begging to go next! At the dentist??? WOW!

I really like the place. Its clean and the play area is welcome as I can 2 toddlers. The problem is I have to constantly watch them to make sure someone with larger kids are not letting them jump off of things and kick around. More than once I have had to not let my kids play there while waiting because of this. I know that it is not the staff's fault but I guess it still factors into a person's experience. Sometimes I have to stand at the front while they finish what they are talking about and then wait on me. Its like that in the back as well. The dental side do this and I have never had a problem with the vision side. Most of the time the dental staff in the back are nice and professional its just sometimes they stand around while you are waiting when they said that they were getting something and while a toddler the longer we are there the worse it gets. All in all they just need to change out a few people and it will be a great place to go again.
