Custom Tub and Tile Resurfacing was wonderful to work with. Emmy and Larkin were especially helpful both verbally on the phone and in their email communications. We sent photos of both our tub for resurfacing in June, then the three tile walls for resurfacing in September. It was easy to schedule the appointments, and they sent detailed explanations with video and financial estimate for pricing. Both technicians who performed the separate projects were very thorough and efficient. Angel even repaired the broken soap dish for us. The resurfacing results are AMAZING!! It looks like we had brand new bathtub and tiles installed. We are most pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.

They did a great job refinishing an old cast iron tub. Much better than ripping it out and replacing it with a new plastic one. The process was very easy and Emmy and the technician were very responsive. Thanks again!

About 3 years ago, I had my pink tub recasted. After an inspection, Custom Tub and Tile offered to repair my tub which started to chip near the drain lever. They honored their warranty. Dennis was our tech and inspector and was only supposed to do the inspection but said he could do the whole thing for us right then and there. If was fantastic and a relief as I thought I would have to wait to get service done. Very convenient and I highly recommend Dennis for his work, honesty and flexibility to get the job done.

Just had two of our bathtubs and tiles reglazed and could not be happier.

Pros of using Custom Tub & Tile:
- Customer service is amazing (this is important)
- Quality of the work
- Patience (I asked a lot of questions and they were great with me)
- Tub and tiles look BRAND NEW

Cons:
- I regret not calling them earlier
- My wife now feels comfortable taking long baths

We couldn't be happier with Custom Tub and Tile. I first spoke to them on a Thursday, and by Monday the job was started, and by Tuesday it was complete. Lynnette gave a virtual estimate in minutes and was super responsive and friendly. We had a steel tub and tile surround recoated in white and a shower pan, and tub and shower tile surround recoated in a stone finish and they look amazing. He also removed our old nasty glass door and return so we could replace it with something much better. Our technician, Dennis, really knew what he was doing and worked very hard and efficiently while keeping everything clean. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to improve their tubs/showers/tile (and counters for that matter) for a reasonable price, in fact they were $600 less than a competitor who gave us an estimate.
