I signed up for the service over a month ago, and when they delivered the trashcan/recycle bin, the trashcan had a broken leg which leaked water in it all over the weekend. I had to call to get the trashcan replace. The trashcan has been replaced. Two weeks ago and trash hasn’t been picked up yet. I have a full trashcan for the trash that I have to put center blocks on to prevent animals from going inside of it. The trash, man and recycle man both informed me that they don’t usually drive into the back of the neighborhood because people who pay for the service don’t necessarily utilize it and they don’t feel like wasting their time.

Apparently, it takes a WEEK to get a trash bin delivered after the driver just randomly took mine on pick-up day. I was told I would have a new container within two days, now I find out I'm scheduled to get a new one a) AFTER the next pickup date and b) a week after I called about my container being removed. I was told to just, "put my trash bags on the street and they'll pick them up." When I asked, "So, if animals get into my trash overnight, because my pickup is early in the morning, is WM going to clean up the mess?" Of course, the answer is no. I also received no good reason why I was told on Friday I would have a container on Monday, but now on Tuesday, I'll be getting it on Thursday.

Great service! My family had them when I was a kid living in Northern Virginia and never had a problem. So when I moves my family back to an area they serviced, I knew which service I was choosing for my family. Highly recommend! Always on time, consistent pick up. If there are any delays, they inform you ahead of time. If you have a missed pick up, they will work with you to get your trash service picked up.
