So I saw an ad on Facebook and decided to give them a call. Sales rep cam out seemed to be a nice guy but as the presentation went on I learned he was trained to play the game. We designed a shower now mind you my bathroom is only 7X7. We discussed options and he came up with a price of $32,000 that’s correct 32 thousand dollars. I almost fell off my chair he then comes back at 23k says I can finance for 230 a month for 180 months! I politely declined. I would put a down payment on a new house! I Receive a phone call a day later and rep tells me after me telling him that his price quoted was a joke! He asks to come out and re-measure the bathroom to see if he can do better because they may have made an error. I politely told him he has a better chance at kissing god if I was to do business with them and if they were to do the job for free I wouldn’t even let them in my home! Consumers do your homework before you use this company. I don’t like to bash a company but this one has ZERO ethics…buyer beware!!

I had a rep here this morning. I was inquiring about tub to shower conversion. I am so glad I came here to read the reviews, Oh I start from the lowest reviews FIRST. I quickly had enough after reading 4 1* reviews. I'd just like to thank all of you who've decided to share your experiences. You make a difference.
I was just about to pull the trigger, when I had to slow down because I wanted to google the company FIRST as the rep was still here. Before the rep left, my price went back up from the discounted 24k back up to 30k only because i didn't take advantage of the discounts while he was here. RED FLAG.
2 of the 4 reviews that I fully read were deal breakers for me.

Thank you for reachimg out to clarify concerns. I was happy Cesear came out and we did a conference call with Martin & Mark to clarify some miscommunication.
Shower remodel 6/26. I waited a long time for a ahower remodel. I love my new shower. There is so much water pressure coming out of the shower head. The 2 guys (I can't remember their names) that came did excellent workmanship. They moved a wall and finished the dry wall for painting. They cleaned every inch of drywall dust before they left. Cesear came to look at the work which made me happy. He is proud of his workers. I'm going to have my kitchen redone and my daughter wants a kitchen remodel and bathroom too. So exciting I am a happy customer!!

Ryan Cummins came to my place of residence and gave me the white glove treatment. He treated me with utmost respect made sure that I understood everything that Intel the remodeling of my bathroom. Ryan was also transparent and made sure that everything he was telling me was on the up and up. He provided sample in order for me to touch physically and put eyes on the product that will be installed within my bathroom.

Instead of just giving me a quote and hoping that I would go with his company, he took time out to provide me the background, history, and what stand by with their products. I would definitely recommend Remodel USA LLC to my family and friends.

Ryan is the epitome of a great sales consultant and make sure his customers get the best for what they are paying for and that they are satisfied with the service.

We weren’t sure what to expect when we first contacted Remodel USA. It turned out to be a pleasant and exciting experience from start to completion. Our sales rep Brian was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time in helping us navigate the process without being pushy. The construction team was excellent and did great work. We are beyond thrilled with the finished results of our new bathroom and highly recommended this company.
