  Unreal service. I’m very indecisive and they were very patient with me while flipping through different rug piles. We eventually found my dream rug and it was like magic! I got to take it home right away. Their showroom is beyond impressive and I can’t recommend going here in person enough!! Definitely coming back for more in the future.

  Love this carpet! We built a new home and wanted to find a beautiful area rug for the living room. So glad we found the Rug Source web site and visited the massive showcase on Smith Corners Blvd in Charlotte. Sales manager Tatiana greeted us warmly as we entered, asked what size, style, and color rug we were looking for, and guided us through room after room of handsomely displayed carpets. This was shopping at its best--we perused at our own pace, and when we needed assistance, it was given with a smile. Tatiana showed us how to use the web site research tool to get detailed information about rugs of interest. We went home and combed through the vast inventory, identifying three rugs we wanted to see in person. We went back the next day, found a carpet we love, and bought it. We give Rug Source high marks--quality merchandise, great prices, friendly service, and easy-to-use web site tools. We could not be happier with our shopping experience and our purchase!

  Amazing selection and quality! This was our first purchase with Rug Source, so we chose to visit the showroom to look at the selection and quality. We have previously purchased this style of carpets when we lived in Turkey and hope to find similar quality for a comparable price. The show room was amazing and Tatiana was a wonderful help when choosing the right carpet for our room. In the future, I would feel confident in buying from rugsource.com without needing to see the rug in person. However, it was a wonderful showroom to visit. We would certainly purchase from rugsource.com again!

  I have purchased two rugs at Rug Source. The first for my living room- I was apprehensive to spend more than I usually do but it is SO worth it! It is gorgeous and gives the space a calm and relaxing feeling. My husband loves it as much as I do. I was so happy with this rug that when it came time for a rug for the office I knew exactly where I wanted to buy it from. This time I went with an antique rug. I love decorating with one of a kind items. You will find that here. As far as service goes, Tatiana is THE BEST! She is helpful and patient. I didn't have an unlimited budget and I'm picky. She helped me find exactly what I wanted, in my price range and never seemed irritated. Rug Source has hand knotted rugs for every budget (Moroccan are less expensive and very cool). It's like a museum. If you're looking for a rug, go check out what they have. You won't be disappointed!

  This store is such a hidden gem. I went in looking for a rug for a nursery for little girl and found so many choices. It was hard to pick they had so many beautiful rugs. Great price range as well. Would highly reccommend if you are looking for a beautiful unique rug. Great customer service provided as well. I will definitely be returning for future needs.
