I just witnessed a gentleman get off the truck and went up to my neighbors house and got his cans for him. Then he returned the empties back to the house. My neighbor has had a couple bad days and he couldn’t thank home enough. Also the man put Bob in a list so they can do this for him from now on. So shout out to Jonathan for being so kind. From Roanoke Circle in Punta Gorda

Waste management is an excellent waste removal company with superior service. Better than any I have ever experienced over many years and many locations. Highly recommended.

I’m living in Florida now for 10 years. The workers at WM are professional but most of all they are accommodating, warm and friendly. I’ve had several issues that needed attention, I’m disabled now so it was hard for me to move my can, the men came over and helped me, they even put the can back in place. Plus I employed WM for 15 years in Delaware for my Pre School they were amazing! Never a poopy smell from the dumpster 😊! Thank you WM.

Just moved here from Massachusetts. I live right at the corner of West Tarpon and North Spring Lakes ever since I've been here for the last three weeks my trash man have been nothing but horrible. Like I said, I just moved from Massachusetts, and I have never in my life experience, the unprofessionalism the laziness, the obnoxious experiences of these trash guys. I really hope this makes it to whoever he hast to make it to to get some attention they leave trash all around where my trashcan is at. They don't pick up all the trash when I have everything set out to the road nice and neat. They knock bags and knock stuff all over leaving me to pick it up this is horrible horrible, horrible to say the less I really , hope this can be resolved

Just moved here and have been waiting for my bins to be delivered for 2 weeks. Everytime I call it says scheduled for today and they never come. I can't even go into my garage because it stinks so bad. Everytime I call I can never get anyone on the phone, it just rings and rings. Horrible customer service!
