  Our 3 year nightmare with Waste Management is finally over. Went from a good company to one that plain doesn't give a damn.

  The customer service was excellent by phone. However, the WM representative has mentioned the waiting time will be long and it was longer than we thought.

  This company is the worst decision we made, 0 customer service, the address in Fort Lauderdale is ghost address.
  We cancel the contract and there are is charging, When I try to communicate, it goes from one operator to another for an hour and nobody does anything, they are also super disrespectful

  The worst trash removal in the country. They stink. Unfortunately, my city hired them for trash pick up. We've had them before and got rid of them, now they're back. I'll never understand those who make the decisions spending my tax dollars.

  Have had this company for years, have no complaints. When there is one I make a call and it is solved with one phone call.
  Pick ups are on time, container is put back where it belongs.
