  Charlie and Bryan are the nicest, most efficient, all around pleasant service representatives. They both helped me figure out my warranty, Charlie showed me what was wrong with my vehicle so I could understand I wasn't being scammed, and they were very polite with small conversations and addressing my concerns. The shop manager(s) went above and beyond with answering my questions and informing me of what they did as well as help diagnose what I felt was wrong with my car. It saddens me that I don't have a CB back home, but I am incredibly grateful for this Christian based company for being quick, fairly priced, and overall kind. God Bless! 🙏

  I just have to say that Christian Brothers here in Waxahachie is an amazing place! Brian there is extremely helpful, my AC compressor went out in my van and he went above and beyond in helping me to get it fixed and understanding that I have 2 children as well. They recently helped my son’s Dad with his Buick and went above and beyond. You can tell that the people who work here genuinely care and want to help. Customer service is number one and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else to get worked on because I trust Christian Brothers the most. Thank you Brian for your help, really means a lot to me.

  Took my car in for “check engine” light. These guys were awesome. My service advisor was Bryan Leonard and he was extremely helpful. Kept in constant contact with me about what was going on with my car at all times. This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive but it will not be my last!
  Sometimes a woman can feel uncomfortable going in to have her car serviced but at no time did I ever feel that way here.

  I had a lovely visit at Christian Brothers. They got me in very quickly and took care of my car quickly. They have friendly staff that made me feel at home. The waiting room also felt homey and was clean. I got coffee and felt cared for by the staff. They were fun and easy to talk to and joke with. They diagnosed my car and told me their concerns. And they have text communication and a ride service if needed!
