  What can I say, for just under $28 a month I get reliable trash service and the man that works my neighborhood is a kind, friendly go the extra mile kind of guy. There are some elderly folks in my my area and I have seen him bring out their can for her and put it back. He is outstanding. I get texts if the day changes. So 5 stars.

  I am WM customer since last five years. I am very satisfied with their service. They are punctual and very professional. The drivers are very polite. Their trucks are in good condition and they leave the site clean.

  Driver is my area is horrible! After 4 months of weekly complaints, nothing changed. He will leave my cans in front of my mailbox, blocking it so we would get no mail. Then the next day the mailman would leave a note, and asking for this to be fixed.
  Then at least once a month he would skip us. Then would return the next day and I would call.
  
  The customer service would note it and a case was open. 4 weeks later problem still there.
  Finally had to cancel.
  
  I found a great company to use instead!

  We chose Waste Management when we moved into our first home because of the great value they offered us compared to other companies.
  
  Their pickups have always been on time and we have never had any trouble with messes being left behind. When pickups have to be rescheduled we are notified promptly.

  I have been using this Waste Management for my residential weekly trash removal needs for around 2 years.
  
  First and foremost, their customer service is outstanding. Their representatives are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. They make scheduling pickups a breeze and are always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I may have.
  
  The actual trash pickup service itself is also top-notch. Their trucks are always on time and staffed with friendly workers.
  
  In terms of pricing, I have found Waste Management to be the most affordable in my area.
  
  Overall, I am extremely satisfied with WM and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality trash removal services.
