As a new customer I canceled my service the first day of my scheduled trash pick-up. It's very hard to throw away the trash when WM never delivered the trash container as scheduled - even though I called multiple times about it. I do NOT recommend this sloppy service to anyone.

They do not pick up the trash weekly like they’re supposed to. Several Monday’s have gone by where our trash wasn’t collected even though our bill was fully paid. Whenever they don’t pick up the trash, we call and we are told that a driver will pick up the trash the following day, but they never come. Sometimes we wait 2 weeks for our trash to be collected. Makes no sense, we are always on top of the bill and are never late.

The trash can is still at my unit 3 weeks after canceling. Other people have thrown trash in my trash since I moved and I am being charged for it. Please come pick up your can!

WM Sanitation is reliable, easily accessible and great at communicating whenever there is a delay or holiday pick up changes.

Pretty straightforward. Prices are consistent and not fluctuating. Always pick up as scheduled and sends out notifications if there are any delays or changes.
