Really easy to pay the bill, but not reliable as far as picking up my trash was told that my trash would be picked up within two days, but it was not

Excellent service, and always communicative on any delays of service with holidays, weather etc. They don't nit-pik about an extra bag etc like some of the other services on my street do and are courteous with replacing the can in my yard. I will continue to support WM. Thank you!

Best service around. I noticed some of my neighbors switched to another company. I don't get it?? Waste Management has a lot to offer in addition to excellent customer service and pick up service !

We have had WM since 2010,, been very satisfied with this Company and would not change to any other Company. Always reliable and their Customer Service is very easy to work with. I highly recommend WM.

Pick-up and delays are always communicated. Easy to access on phone. Employees always leave pick up site clean
