No problem with pick up at all. The driver destroyed my mail box today (I have it on security camera) with the claw on the truck and didn't stop or anything. He drove forward with the claw still down. Trash can was in the same spot I've put it for the last 15 years. Tried to call, the automated system is terrible. When I finally got to someone in town they hung up. Called back and went through the terrible automated again. By the time I got through it was 12:01 and they were closed. Thanks for the afternoon project to repair/replace my property

Worst call center in the U.S. Automated, limited and hangs up during the call or gives you a 30 minute “wait time.” When trash or recyclables aren’t picked up on your street…no response…crickets. So the elderly haul their already full cans back to the house to overflow for another week. Poor customer service. Not a one time occurrence.

Their employees are extremely rude, and discriminatory. Not to mention they like to cat call young girls. It's disgusting.

These employees don't deserve even one star. The employees that drive the recycle trucks are the rudest, heartless and incredibly lazy. I went to see a friend that just passed at there home. A family member parked next to the recycle trash can. The recycling trunk (they have a machine to lift the trash can into there trucks. The employee (driver) doesn't ever have to leave there driver seat). As friends and family were saying goodbye to the love one that passed, the recycling trunk could not use his truck to lift the garbage recycling can. The truck driver decided to rudely beep his horn repeatedly and wouldn't stop until the family member moved his car. Why couldn't the recycling truck driver get out of the truck to just dump it in his recycling truck by using his own feet to walk and than use his hands to lift the trash into his truck. They are heartless, unprofessional and has no kindness.
