Thankful that we can rely upon WM to be there week after week to dispose of our garbage and recycling. Dont take them for granted. Just imagine a month with no pick up!!!

After years of dealing with problems with Vogel not picking up for weeks on end, then arguing with us when we'd call, WM had been an absolute delight to work with! They are consistent and easy to work with! I would highly recommend WM!

I live on Colton St (Millvale). It's 3rd week they skipped over my home. I spoke with one of the gentleman picking up today (05/26) and he refused! He said he "can't get up my street" , yet they picked up my neighbors. I offered to take it down to him and he also refused. He said "I don't have time". Management needs to take care of this ASAP. It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable! Again it's the 3rd week!!

We received and used our new trash bins for the first time. They replaced our old WM CREW with new CREW. They dumped the container in the truck and placed all the bins in the street. Cars were no longer able to drive on our street in both directions. Had to stop and wait as we drive past the bins. Want my old crew back.

I had a Yard Waste bin that was not being picked up. I called customer service 3 times and they erroneous submitted the ticket as Trash not being picked up. The truck drivers were looking for the wrong type of bin. So, one driver stopped rang my doorbell and actually followed up and spoke with me. He couldn't have been nicer, more professional or helpful. The local WM ees are awesome! Customer service in Virginia had no idea what a Yard Waste bin or service was even after I explained 3 times.
